Everything the first reviewer, Jeff S., said is true. This is a pretty much no frills lot, but you are not paying a lot for parking in a city where parking costs a lot. The rate for monthly is now up to $ 199, but even that isn’t that bad. Location is weird, but if you commute into NYC and want a place to stash your car on the cheap, this is your spot.

It’s outdoors, it’s under a highway, it’s on a street that nobody knows exists, and it looks like hell, but it’s easily the cheapest monthly parking option on the Upper West Side — $ 154 for Manhattan registered cars. I should point out, I opted with a higher priced option closer to home. But, in terms of price, this place beats every parking lot from West 72nd to West 125th. Good deal if you’re on a budget.
