FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! Used this car service from JFK to Stamford CT. Gave the driver my credit card and he was fidgeting with it and eventually used Square on his phone to process the payment. Two hours later I got a fraud alert on my phone. I haven’t given my new credit card to anyone (just got it last week) and all of a sudden there are fraud charges? I called the phone number and the guy on the phone said that accusing them of fraud was racist because they were Hispanic… unbelievable. Do not use this car service. Use a yellow cab or an Über.

The service was very helpful, by the time I got JFK the lane was too long for yellow cabs, and this guy came along and offer me a transportation service, very convinience offer, couse I was late for a meeting, you guys are the best, I strongly recommend MY RIDE 247!!!

After realizing I was dropped off at the wrong airport initially, Ramon made the quick maneuvers and smart decisions to circumvent traffic and get me to my proper destination.

Awful. A work colleague and I got out to the curbside stand at JFK waiting for a cab only to be asked by some guy «you waiting for a cab?» We said yes and he ushered us over to another place where a town car picked us up. When I asked him how much it was, he said it was the same as a taxi– flat rate of $ 55. Ok that’s fine. But I got my receipt emailed to me and when I looked at it, they ran a charge for 74.75! I wouldn’t mind the charge if the man poaching taxi seekers had been upfront about the price. I was lied to. Buyer beware!!! Do not use these guys!!!
