The most rude person I have ever dealt with.
We were recommended to them last minute and unfortunately we were unable to go. He ended the conversation swearing at me. This was for my friends birthday and he ruined it. I would rather drive around in a NYC taxi cab for three hours with no air conditioning and no music than ride with this guy.
Please no one ever use this company.

I used this company for a trip to AC with some friends. The bus was great and the driver was really nice. I have no complaints and will use them again. Overall it was a great experience.

We ordered a party bus for the prom. It arrived with no A/​C and broke down shortly thereafter. Parents had to rescue the kids and get them to the prom hours late. We have been waitng for several weeks for a refund to no avail thus far. Tony, the manager, is RUDE. HE hung up on me TWICE and I was being completely polite. I will file a complaint with the BBB and take him to court if necessary. DO NOT USE NYC LUXURY LIMOUSINE!!! It is nothing but luxury– and should be put out of business. ZERO STARS!!!

Do NOT use this company!!! Bait and switch with the limo (sent a clunker), a/​c did not work, driver irresponsible with our kids… when complained they hung up the phone. Consumer alert on this scam company.

Oh man, what a buzz kill. I was so excited researching for a party bus until I spoke with this guy!
Him: «Hello»
Me: «Hi, I’m looking for a quote»
Him: «Uh… yeah, what can I help you with»
Me: «I’m looking for a limo bus with 35 plus passengers, with a bathroom…» (cut off)
Him: «Wait you’re confusing me, what do you mean by 35 pus, what does that mean?»
Pause
Me: «Well, what kind of…
Him: Starts talking over me giving me all kinds of numbers
ME: …busses do you have.»
Him: «I’m tryna tell you if you would let me»
Me: «Ok! Well thank you so much for your time, I really appreciate it!»
