I barely do reviews. My 2nd review ever, only review when I feel passionately about this! Try to avoid. I used to send my linen here to be cleaned, never inspected them afterwards. One day I let them clean my clothes. Everything came back damaged. No idea why, they turned a shirt into a towel. The sides of the shirt(both sides) were undone and it was a flat piece of fabric. They hesitated to inform me of the damage. I found out myself. It took 1 month for them to respond. 2 months for them to repair the shirt. Refused to apologize. Worst part is the Chinese guy at the desk. He is so rude and has odd attitude. I say don’t go here and try another place!

I struggle with this dry-cleaners. On the plus side, it’s right behind our office, it’s cheap, and the man who takes your clothes remembers your name after one visit. On the negative side, I’ve had a button broken on a suit jacket(not necessarily easy to find an exact match!), and coworkers have complained of white smudges or other marks on clothing. Oh, and they also randomly close for 30 minutes or an hour at a time in the middle of the day, leaving an ambiguous sign in the window about when they’ll return. We’ve searched for another dry cleaners, but this remains the most convenient, and therefore it’s still our go-to. But I wish they’d pay just a little more attention to the job.

terrible quality of service. clothes comes back in worse condition than when you drop it off. you get what you pay for. low cost = low quality.
