Total life savers. Tiana has been great for the years we’ve been using them and our dog walker Eric was great with my Shepard /​Rotty. You get messages when they check in and out of the walk so you have piece of mind that you’re dog has been fed and walked. Awesome.

The dogwalker assigned to walk my boy Q was Myk. He walked him faithfully rain/​shine 5 days a week.
When Q met Myk there was an instant connection & that’s when I just knew Myk would be perfect. Myk left a daily report on how Q was doing. When he couldn’t make it (which was only twice) I was notified & someone else stepped in. Q was never forgotten.
This agency is great & I’d recommend to anyone. FYI The prices aren’t too bad either. I did my research & they’re average for this city & the competition.

I truly cannot recommend Paw Prints enough. The owner, Tiana, is lovely and very communicative. She makes it easy to arrange for walking at the last minute and they always find a way to make it work.
Our walker, Eric, was so great with our pup Frankie! He always gave a detailed description of how Frankie did that day and what she got up to. Frankie will really miss him now that we’re moving!

Tiana and the walkers were very helpful to me and my two labrador retrievers! They were flexible and the scheduling system with the notifications when they arrived and left with comments was very helpful. I would highly recommend them!

Long overdue review — I have been using Paw Prints for several years now and couldn’t be happier with them! They are all highly professional, reliable, and caring — they are a company I constantly recommend to my friends and neighbors. Coincidentally I happened to move into the same neighborhood as my walker Myk — every time I run into him my little pug freaks out with joy, if I wasn’t already sold this surely did it.

I’ve used Paw Prints for the last two years and have had great service. I have a hectic schedule and often need extra walks and it is never an issue. As long as you give several hours’ notice (i.e. early morning notice for an afternoon walk), you can get the schedule updated the day of whereas many other services require a 24hr lead time. The dog walkers go above and beyond and make sure that my dog is happy and well cared for. I also enjoy reading the notes that my dog walker leaves me each day.

Paw Prints is a great company. Incredibly reliable (never once missed a walk, even though we have an erratic schedule that changes from week to week), responsive (Tiana, the owner, responds to emails or texts usually within minutes), convenient (you can set up auto pay), and high tech (the walker checks in with a QR code on a magnet on your refrigerator, which sends you an email to let you know the walk is starting, and when the walker checks back in at the end of the walk, it sends you a completion email with the walkers comments for the day). Rich has been our walker for some time now, and he takes excellent care of our pup, even carrying her up and down our stairs when she hurt her knee, always makes sure to wipe her down when the weather is bad, etc. We are sadly moving and will not be able to use Paw Prints anymore, but we would otherwise always use them! We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Tiana and her team are a class act, very professional. Our walker, Eric, is excellent with Ruby, and always provides a nice comment about their time together. I highly recommend Paw Prints!

Been using Paw Prints now for about a month and am extremely pleased with the service. Tiana has been very prompt with any question or need. Our walker, Min, always writes very helpful summaries of the walk. Would highly recommend to other dog owners.

After trying a few different dog walkers for the upper east side, I’m so happy i didn’t settle and finally found Paw Prints for various reasons.
1) Myk, our dog walker, is GREAT with my dog — a 20lb beagle. He does more than just taking him out to relieve himself. He is warm and affectionate with my dog, sends pictures when they go to Central Park, has great email updates at the end of each walk, and does the full time booked even if its raining (stays and keeps my dog company in the apartment if inclement weather and only a quick walk around the block)
2) Prices are reasonable, they are set and not varying on frequency of walks per week;
3) cancellations/​bookings only require a minimum 4-​hour notice. If you need flexibility (and/​or are sick and need last minute cancellation) this is great
4) online system is the best — schedule your walks online, online automatic invoicing, and emails when dog walker arrives and when appointment is completed
Tiana, the owner, is great as well — I’m so relieved and comfortable having her and Myk step in to help take care of my dog when I need to be in the office all day.

It is very scary to give someone access to your home, and your pets, especially in NYC, but I have complete confidence in the Paw Prints team. Tiana is proactive, responsive and very flexible with my ever-​changing schedule. I love that I can cancel at no cost in the morning if I discover that I’ll be home that day.
I cannot say enough about my walker, Dave. Layla (my dog) loves him, he is on time, and sends me personalized notes after each walk that always brighten my day. Dave has taken the time to understand Layla’s quarks (skateboards!) and sweet spots (belly rubs!). He always leaves her with fresh water. He’ll even give my cat some love when he is there.
I am so happy with Paw Prints – and so glad I found them! Highly recommend!

Paw Prints is great! I’ve recommended them to everyone in my building. Tiana is fantastic about making sure that each walker meets with you and your dog beforehand, and is incredibly flexible about last minute emergencies or schedule changes. All their walkers are great. They have taken excellent care of my bulldog.

Tiana and Thom are just great, from the first get to know you and your dog meeting to responding immediately to all your needs or changes in schedule. Their dog walkers are great, with various levels of experience, and will take direction on how you want your dog handled. My English Bulldog fell in love with one walker, Wayne, and couldn’t wait for him to arrive each time. I would definitely give them a try as I’ve tried others and Paw Prints is at the top of my list. They’re a great team and love the dogs. Highly recommend using them.

Extremely disappointed with PawPrints. They said they would work with us because one of our dogs is extremely difficult. After one week they dropped us completely with no notice and no time to transition to another service.

Great service and a good price for one-​on-​one walks. Professional staff who gives updates after every walk. Efficient technology to process payments and schedule walks. And no money required upfront!

I’m a longtime Paw Prints customer. These guys are awesome! Anytime we go away for a weekend, I shoot Tiana an email and we’re all set. I get text updates after each visit, and sometimes pics. What’s not to love?

Tiana and Sonya are GREAT! I have used their services for many times and my little dog, Dexter, is ALWAYS happy!
Dexter hates to sleep out of home and he does not accept boarding. So, when I need to travel, Tiana and Sonya go to my apartment, feed Dexter and walk him for me! He is always super happy when I come back, so I know that they gave him lots of love!
My dog clearly loves these girls!
They are fast to answer emails and I receive updates (message or email) after each walk! Also, when I called them in the last minute, they were able to include Dexter in their schedule!!!
I would recommend Paw Prints if you need someone to take care of your puppy! =)

I tried two other dog walkers in NYC before literally stumbling upon Paw Prints. After meeting Tiana and Matt I knew that they were the right fit for my crazy schedule.
Tiana came over to meet my pup and that took down all of her medical history, feeding schedule, and vet information. Tiana and the team are flexible, with a two hour window for booking/​cancellation. They are always on time and I love getting updates from the walks or a card on my counter when I get home. I have a young puppy who is very small and I know they take amazing care of her.
Tiana is highly professional and runs Paw Prints like a real business, which is very unlike dog walking in NYC. They are organized, email me invoices and always give me updates on how she is doing.
I will never use another company again as long as Paw Prints is around! Highly highly reccomend them!

Tiana and the Paw Prints team went above and beyond when walking our dog while we went on vacation. She and the other walkers came by and met us and the pooch, took down very thorough information, and ensured we had all that we need for peace of mind while we were gone.
We got an update after every walk with any relevant details and even photos of him on some of his walks. They spent a good amount of time with the dog each time, making sure he has fun and gets his business done.
Best of all, prices are very reasonable for NYC and payment can be done via PayPal. Couldn’t ask for more!
