When I think of Lee, the words to a song from my youth come rushing into my head.

I met Lee in January of this year. I was in a very dark place. I was anxious, depressed and without hope. For the first time in my life I considered turning to pharmaceuticals to relieve my pain.
Lee took me from Darkness to Light. It wasn’t easy or painless and it took a lot of hard work but Lee held my hand and walked me through the fire into the light.
Lee, I do not know how to thank you. It isn’t easy but I will try, by living everyday in the moment and in my center just as you have taught and continue to teach me.
Needless to say I highly recommend Lee and her practice!

I started working with Lee in August of last year. I own a fitness studio — and teach most of the classes offered, so needless to say my schedule is packed all the time. I’m a giver — all my energy goes out to my clients and like a lot of women, I wasn’t devoting energy to myself.
