Established in 2010.

In 2010 Christine Gutierrez, the founder of Sacred Space NYC decided the world is ready for this powerful and transformational work. Wellness on a whole new level… And so Sacred Space began out of the desire to provide loving intentions, positive affirmations, and healing with the traditional massage for your women in New York and beyond!

Business Owner

I am a healer. An urban hippy. A goddess. A green business entrepreneur. A lover of life. My passion is spreading love and guiding people to heal and get in touch with their inner awesomeness.

Christine Guiterrez has since she can remember been connected to her helping spirit, always aware of the importance of love and being kind to others. Christine graduated with her BA in Human Behavior&Development and Philosophy from Fordham University. From there Christine began her healing journey and came across spiritual gurus/​mentors that led the way and taught Christine about metaphysics and healing through ancient philosophies and tools. She learned about breath work, meditation, aromatherapy, body-​work, energy work (reiki), tantra, guided visualization, the power of intention, manifestation tools, and how to awaken the goddess within. Christine then went to get her MA in Mental Health Counseling from City College. Sacred Space represents this bled of western education and eastern healing

I found out about Sacred Space NYC through Facebook, where I shared a story about a challenge I overcame and won an intensession with Christine herself! She was very patient and I felt so cared for with her words, healing touch and hot tea with honey. While speaking with her I realized some patterns that I hadn’t thought about before. Her visualizations, guided breathing and concern reflects how genuine she is and how passionate she is about helping women and creating a safe space for us. Much love and gratitude.

Found out about this awesome little nook in Time Out magazine this past October. The magazine quaintly described the services as being good for the” perpetually burned– out” which happens to be my middle name. So of course I had to check it out. As a Capricorn it is my nature to be a skeptic, and Holistic services were not part of my vocab, until I met Christine. Her Intensession, which I think she developed on her own, managed to bring my NYC status quo lifestyle to a halt, and helped me to feel energy from within… instead of from my venti red eye from starbux. Christine loving session was able to reach a part of me that caused me to feel almost electrified, very satisfying and worth every penny. I will definitely be going back! Ohh and she suggested that I invest in some peppermint oil for my sinus infection. I have not left home without it since, really, a giving goddess.

I have had several experiences with sacred space NYC. I’ve experienced intensession/​healing session with ssnyc practitioner as well as intuitive life coaching with christine. Ssnyc has absolutely changed my life. Christine along with her practitioners work wonders and they really helped me out of a place where I felt stuck. The intensessions are unique and done in such a way to allow for the deepest state of relaxation. The midtown location is phenomeonal and Sacred Space NYC is where I go to find my peace in such a busy and crazy city like New York.

Christine is a miracle worker. I have been blessed to be able to experience 2 intenSessions and both were beyond incredible. Christine’s healing and loving presence created a safe space for me to feel the dark parts of myself that I am usually too afraid to embrace. To live a life full of love, we need to love all parts of ourselves and this is Christine’s gift– helping us all see our wholeness. Both times I left feeling not only renewed, uplifted and in great spirits but with the knowing that my deepest wounds were being healed.
