Petisco Brazuca was born from chef Vanessa Pedreira and Ricardo Rosa because their passion for Brazilian classic Salgados, especially Coxinhas (Chicken Croquette) one of the most famous brazilian snacks! It’s part of a big list of «salgadinhos». Coxinhas are indispensable at any children’s birthday bash, Business meeting, wedding or party with friends.

Business Owner
Ricardo Rosa graduated in advertising and Marketing and worked for 5 years in this area. But He love cooking and try new experiences. Before moving to NYC, in 2012, He was Maneger at Internet Innovatio, the most famous Business School from Brazil. Moving was definitely a carrier reset and after some experience with catering, his wife Vanessa Pedreira and him founded The Petisco Brazuca in 2013.
