Established in 2008.

Shaking Spirit Waves is a 5Rhythms Class offered by a certified Teacher. Kierra studied with its founder, Gabrielle Roth for 15+ years and was trained by her. Kierra began teaching in 2008 and has been offering classes and workshops both in and outside of New York City.

Kierra, a life long lover of dance and movement began studying with the founder of the 5Rhythms, Gabrielle Roth in 1996. Kierra has taught the 5Rhythms at Omega Institute; PURE, in Brazil, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Maryland.
