Stiggly Holistics was founded in the East Village in 2006 by Holistic Wellness Counselor Sacha Jones.

Meet the Business Owner

Sacha J.

Business Owner

Sacha Jones is a certified holistic wellness counselor. She works with individuals seeking wellness, by taking a truly holistic approach through counseling, 101 cooking classes and a variety of classes and workshops.

In addition to working with clients one-​on-​one, she guides groups through seasonal cleanses, both in person and online, and works with people all around the world.

Sacha is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as well as having earned a Bachelors in Elementary Education, and is a Lifecycle Celebrant, graduating from the Celebrant Foundation — (in addition to wellness counseling she performs weddings and other important life-​cycle ceremonies.)
