AVOIDTHISSTORE! $ 165 for a broken phone and service that does not work, terrible customer service– was«given a break» on the phone price, which VOIDS the refund policy! Like another reviewer said of this store: What a scam.

I went in here to buy a prepaid SIM card for my iPhone and put some credit on it, and $ 35 later I left with what I’d asked for. Or so I thought. A few minutes after I left the store I tried using the Maps app and eventually got an error about a bad internet connection. Safari, Mail, Gmail, and everything else I tried had the same result. So I went back into the store to show the employee who sold it to me that the data plan wasn’t working. I waited around while he called T-Mobile and tried to fix it with them over the phone, but after 45 minutes I couldn’t keep waiting, so I asked if I could just return it and get my money back. I might as well have been asking for Jesus himself to arrive on a winged horse and deliver us all to the promised land. ALLPREPAIDSALESAREFINAL. What a scam. I left the SIM card with all the credit it on it there in the store regardless, since it was useless to me anyway. I wouldn’t be surprised if these schmucks tried to sell it to someone else later. Avoid this place like your life depends on it. Avoid T-mobile too for that matter. I found out $ 45/month can buy you unlimited talk, text, and LTE web on Straight Talk( ), going over AT&T’s network, without any of the soul-sucking hassle, and never looked back. Hope this saves you from some misery!
