Business Owner

I am a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), trained at the Swedish Institute. I have worked closely with chiropractors, physiatrists, and physical therapists and my experience includes working in the medical setting, spas, my private studio, in-​home, as well as doing on-​site corporate massage. My patients appreciate my soothing yet firm touch, my intuition, and my knowledge of anatomy. I strongly believe in the body’s ability to heal itself and that massage therapy is one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body. I work closely with my patients to identify and correct the movement patterns that might contribute to their pain.

I use different modalities such as trigger point therapy, swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and myofascial release to achieve pain relief, relaxation, and balance.
