Ripoff. Waste of time. The true epitome of chickenhawks. They ask intrusive questions and always say you don’t quality for one reason or another.

This is a completely ridiculous waste of time. They’ll put you through 15 or 20 minutes of questions, just to tell you that you don’t qualify for the survey. I’m on a lot of panels and I have never encountered an operation this bogus. Do NOT participate!

This is a fun website for doing surveys while earning cash incentives. A nice added feature is the bonus section with contests, etc. I like this website and recommend it. :)

I have been apart of Vindale Research for about a year now and i have received 2 $ 50 payments so far.
The surveys are easy to do and the videos make you getting payments quicker.
I have not had any problems with them and I see no indication of a scam.
My payments come really quick
ex. if payments are processed on the 30^th of the month i get it usually with in a few hrs or the next day.

Vindale Rocks, I was with them years ago, but couldn’t take surveys very often, and fell away — but they found me again — wahoo! I’ve been paid $ 350 from them since 2014. They are real, and the only people who actually pay you — the rest of the survey people give points or goods, not hard cash!

I signed up for Vindale Research. The company is a web based consumer survey organization. Vindale assures payment for every successfully completed study or survey. Payments are disbursed in $ 50.00 increments per the company’s policies. I received an initial payment of $ 50.00 on December 13, 2013. I was to receive an additional payment of $ 100 on December 31, 2013. That payment was not disbursed. i enquired about it and was informed that I had personally created multiple accounts which was a violation of the company’s terms and conditions. I was asked to provide a copy of my driver’s license. I did so. I was then asked to provide proof of my address as it is different than the address that appears on my license. I did so. I was then asked to explain why others at my current address would have accounts. I explained, and provided evidence, of the fact that this is an apartment complex with over 100 units. Further I explained that I use a computer in the business services center at the complex. Additionally I provided a written statement from the landlord as well as a copy of my lease, reflecting that I do live alone and that I use the apartment complex’s business services center daily. The company’s response was that someone at my prior address, which I have not resided at for well over 4 years, is a member of the Vindale service. I certainly have zero control over who moves in to a place I have not lived in for over 4 years. After I told them that, they then told me that I am using the same computer as several other Vindale panel members. This was clearly explained to Vindale and supported by the statement from my landlord. About 40 individuals utilize the computers in the complex’s business services center. My account was cancelled by Vindale and they have now refused to pay me the over $ 150.00 I earned. At no time have I violated their terms and conditions. Additionally, The person who referred my to Vindale regularly uses the computers that I use in the complex’s business services center; her account has NOT been cancelled. Additionally, THREE individuals I referred, use the computers in the complex’s business services center and their accounts have not been cancelled. I have gone to great lengths to comply with every request Vindale has made of me. At no time have I EVER created a duplicate account. I do NOT reside with any Vindale member. I have NEVER mislead Vindale about anything. I, as physically disabled individual, relied upon the Vindale payments to pay my rent (Also verifiable with the landlord). The «work» I did for Vindale is one of the very few things I am able to do since the amputation of my arms in February. No questions asked; no hold up. I hope that Vindale will do the ethical thing and pay me the money I legitimately earned. Further, I respectfully request that my account be reinstated to good standing immediately. That Vindale amend its Terms and Conditions to allow individuals, such as myself, to utilize the equivalent of a business services center, to participate in surveys — the denial of such serves no reasonable purpose. That the Terms and Conditions be amended to reflect Vindale’s acknowledgement that rental properties frequent get new occupants and that members shall not be held accountable for knowing, or reporting, who moves in to the property after a resident leaves. That Vindale be required to disclose if the individuals who I allegedly created bogus accounts have been pid EVER and if those accounts have also been terminated. That is the body of the complaint I just filed with the BBB. I am very frustrated with this situation.
