I was looking for someone to help me re-​write content for my advertising for my business. On top of it, I needed to change my business name to market my new services. I finally got a referral from a colleague of mine to check out Word-​ology.
To be honest, I am very specific on my needs and can be a tyrant about getting exactly what I am paying for. I needed someone that could work with me and also «get» my business. I interviewed several companies but wasn’t comfortable pulling the trigger.
On my initial phone call with Sabrina, I was completely floored with her professionalism. She not only listened but also asked very detail-​oriented questions and I could tell she really got what I was looking for only after our first consult. You can tell right away when someone is good and is so passionate about their work. I really felt the difference so I decided to hire Sabrina and it was the best decision for my business!
She helped me explain my services and the key benefits of my work so that clients better understand what I do. She wrote the content for my new bio, my company profile and the script for a video marketing piece. She even helped me prepare for that. She is literally a master of all things creative marketing! Her coaching services really impressed me. I was never on camera before and was really nervous but she got me ready and gave me the confidence I needed. She even went the extra mile to give me tips to improve the quality of the shoot. She gave me a list of things to cover with the production people that I never would’ve thought of. Her film experience really showed and really helped! She didn’t have to do that but I know she just wanted it all to be the best it could possibly be.
Probably the most important project was renaming my business. Sabrina didn’t know much about my business ahead of time, but she really listened to what I wanted and gave me seriously great options to choose from. Not all writers do that kind of thing or even have that kind of creative skill. It was so important to me to find a name that represented my vision and thankfully she knocked it out of the park. I’m SO excited to be using my new company name!!!
I can say whole heartedly that Sabrina is one of the best people I have worked with. She was always cordial and informative, patient and understanding with me thru this whole process.
