Heather M.
Business Owner
Heather Mitchell graduated from Bauman College as a Certified Natural Chef. In 2010, Heather started Change, a personal chef and consultation service that offers customized meal plans and cooking for those wishing to utilize food in their overall health plan. She has also partnered with Todd Riecks to create Local Location, an underground supper club created to bring together local community members and local farmers.
When she is not in the kitchen, Heather still helps out with relief work at Colorado Canine Orthopedics as a surgical nurse (her previous career) and enjoys yoga, backpacking, hiking, knitting and camping.
