Manitowoc Coffee

Today as I was passing through town I decided to stop by and try a drink from Manitowoc Coffee, I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted but the two smiling girls behind the counter where able to recommend a few drinks to me, all sounding absolutely delicious, before I decided on a «honey nut macchiato»
Now let me start by saying not only did this drink look beautiful, it tasted even better!
The amazing drink wasn’t the only think I loved though, I really enjoyed the whole atmosphere, I sipped my drink in front of the fire place and used their wifi, before having to dart off.
I wish I could have stayed longer, and tried the other drinks they recommended, but I will for sure be back soon

Stopped in looking for a WiFi connection to sync emails on the laptop. While waiting on that to happen I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad and Green Tea drink at the counter. The items were delivered to my table after a brief wait. Salad and drink were tasty. I will look forward to my next visit the next time we are in Manitowoc.

Love this place! Drinks are always great. Everyone is always friendly and they remember our drinks. Sometimes they even have them ready before we order! Great service and friendly faces. We will keep coming back!

I stopped in for lunch & to catch up on some work on my laptop. The tuna melt was great & loved the quiet, clean atmosphere. Very friendly & lots of charm.

I came here in hopes that it would be a prime spot to do a phone interview with a potential employer seeing that there’s so much more space and tables in comparison to Starbucks & Jenn’s Java. Although this holds true, this was not the issue I was experiencing.
Inside — my Verizon service was roaming.
Outside — busiest road in Manitowoc in the morning with Semi trucks delivering and shipping from Lakeside Foods.
Coffee was good.

Great coffee. Friendly service. Game room in the back to keep your kids occupied when you come in to relax. If I was a native, this would be my spot, but I am just passing through.

We have traditionally made MC a rest stop on our travels to Door County. It’s a nice way to stretch the legs and hydrate. The shop offers a nice variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as a plethora of syrups (I don’t think I have ever seen quite the amount of options elsewhere.). I enjoyed our baristas and the beverages, but the young cashier had me baffled. She seemed sweet, but she lacked a smile and a happy tone. She had an unexpressive face and an indifferent demeanor, paying little attention to our order and having to repeat each as we said it. I felt bad, because she seemed dreary as the day outside. At least our drink-​makers and drinks were lovely. I enjoy the assortment of eats, but would love more scones and baked goods of a similar nature. I never leave disappointed, and I still taste test the goodies that are available. Thanks for being a great halfway point for us travelers. We will return in August on our second trip to the Peninsula.

Always happy with this place. Food and drink are great every time and the atmosphere and service are stellar.

Wow. Delicious drinks.
I came in last night for a little caffeine kick. I ordered the «Caramel Macchiato,» and it was wonderful. It had caramel and vanilla syrup mixed in, so it was sweet but not too sweet.
My sister ordered the «Tiramisu Latte,» and it was delicious as well. I love looking at all their coffee concoctions and the cute names that goes along with them, such as «The Snowman» and «Banana Nut Bread Latte.» I also like how they incorporate teas into their drinks as well, so you can order a variant of a London Fog. I really want to go back and try some of them.
The employees were nice, and the ambiance was low-​key and down-​to-​earth. I like Manitowoc Coffee, and was pleasantly suprised at how good their coffee was. I absolutely recommend coming here for your morning java.

Very good service and friendly staff. Food and drinks were delicious and were made very quickly. Will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area.

Awesome place. My only complaint is how much they struggled with an espresso macchiato. I received a latté at first. A bit disappointing considering it’s a menu item, but I still go there pretty avidly.

Stopped here for coffee and lunch on way home to Chicago from door county. Coffee was excellent. Sandwiches were very tasted and fresh. Ladies in charge very nice and helpful. Glad we stopped here instead of a fast food franchise.

We will be coming back. Great sandwiches, smoothies, quesadillas and smoothies. The Texas ranch chicken panini is a delicious 3 napkin lunch.

Really cozy place, I can easily see why it gets such high ratings. I got the charger chai and an almond scone. The chai was delicious, a good balance of spice and sweet, and the baristas were very friendly. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Every spring my husband and I take a trip up to Manitowoc, and I insist on stopping in here each time. This is a locally owned coffee shop, with a laid-​back, relaxing atmosphere. Usually I order something off the menu, but every so often I get an urge to order something more specialized (a la Starbucks) and I’ve never had an issue with them making it.
Staff is always friendly and will recommend menu items and daily specials. Prices are very reasonable.
We’ll plan on stopping here again and again.

I love going to Manitowoc Coffee. The atmosphere is perfect, the location is ideal, and the service is top-​notch. Why not 5-​stars? While the food/​treat offerings are very good, the brewed coffee, which I always get, is just average. I don’t dislike it, but it is not in the top 5 in Manitowoc County. But again, all the other pros more than make up for it, especially the service.

great place to meet friends for a cup of coffee or chose from a huge selection of other drinks. The soups and sammy’s are reasonably priced and awesome as well.

I spend a lot of time here when I’m able to work from home. The staff is very friendly and always willing to make helpful suggestions. My favorite things for lunch would have to be the BLT and grilled meatball wrap. The broccoli cheddar soup is always a good choice. If you just want a cup of coffee and a baked treat, you won’t be disappointed either. They have delicious mammoth cinnamon rolls and cookies.

Between the nice and relaxing coffee shop ambiance, and the friendly staff, it is hard not to enjoy this place. Today I had their club sandwich and while it wasn’t the fanciest or prettiest club sandwich I’ve ever eaten, it was certainly good and reasonably priced. It is always good to see a coffee shop like this that offers a little variety (e.g. smoothies, baked goods, soups and sandwiches).
It appears that they get a good number of regular or repeat customers, so they must be doing something right. We left feeling delighted and look forward to a future visit.

My first visit here today. Great staff throughout. Really good food and coffee menu. I had a chicken salad sandwich wrap, an apple dessert, and bought some choc chip cookies for friends. Everything was well done and I like the whole layout here. Thanks folks. Well done.
