Beautiful, clean and charming. Excellent waffles and Connie is extremely kind. Perfect for Laura Ingalls Wilder fans! Also guests get half off coffee drinks in the morning– can’t beat two lattes for $ 3.21.

Wow! What a special little place to stop at and enjoy! Lattes made one at a time with care! The desserts are homemade and wonderful. You can feel the love with every bite or sip! I can’t wait to go back!

Burbank, CA
This place is beautiful, and exactly what you would want when staying in a small town. I’ve been coming to this town to visit family for years and I’m just so happy that there is now a nice, cozy place to stay. The fact that it’s right in the center of town is a huge bonus.
They also have a lovely coffee shop downstairs, I no longer have to drink gas station coffee in the mornings WHOOOO HOOOO!!!
