I am so upset with the service I received at this store. I called and spoke to someone, who quoted me $ 126 for an Aircast Cryo-​Cuff for my knee. I was specific in telling her I did not want to rent one, that I wanted a new one. Happy to have found a place that had it nearby, I went to the store the next day to purchase it after getting a prescription from my doctor. The lady working there had no idea what the product was, where it was, or how much it was. She called Sara, the manager, and asked. Sara told her where they were and told her it was $ 125.99. Great, right? Well the lady brings it up to the front and told Sara there was a used one and a new one. So Sara says, the new one is now $ 159 and the used one is $ 126. I told her they sell for new on Amazon AND the manufacturer’s official online store for $ 124.99. She said she could not meet an online price and b/​c this one was apparently a motorized one, not a gravity cooled one. Ok, fine… I didn’t know there were different ones. So I called the Aircast’s official seller (
) and the motorized one is actually even CHEAPER! It is only $ 119, but it requires a prescription, which I had. So if the manufacturer sells it at this price with NO SHIPPING and NO TAX, how can this store sell it for $ 40 more? Ridiculous. So now she bait and switched me on the prices and wasted my time and made me get out with my injured knee. I don’t even know why the lady working there was even there. She knew nothing and kept having to call Sara… they even changed their mind when other customers asked the prices too. Most of the stuff in the store didn’t even have prices on it! Don’t go here unless you like to get ripped off.
