This is now called Fitness Factory Training Facility and has moved. This is a crossfit and powerlifting gym. If you are looking for a bodybuilding gym, or just general fitness, I would probably look elsewhere. I spoke with Allan who let me get a lift in for free which is super cool. All their equipment was well spaced, which is important in a gym like this. Well organized. Bathrooms were tidy. I really have no reason to not give it 5 stars, but I am hesitant to do so without going there multiple times or knowing their membership structure. This is an assessment based on one visit.

This is a locally owned and run gym. The owners Lisa and Allen are wonderful and take the time to get to know you and what your fitness goals and needs are. They have several memberships to choose from. They have a gym, group classes, menu planning and personal training. They also have the Exerspy device(you wear it on your arm) that you use to track your caloires burned, steps taken and when you also log your food it shows if you burned enough calories that day to lose weight. There is something for everyone and you will not get lost in the crowd here. They take the time to get to know you and help you.
