You have to stand in line and have someone assist you to buy a case. I already knew what I was there for I definitely don’t need a «Professional» to help me pick out a IPhone case. «Sir there is 4 people in front of you» I know what I need I don’t need any help thanks. «Sir you can’t shop without a ATT professional». What a joke! Drove 30 seconds across the street to bestbuy and spent my $ 180. Good sales pitch «ATT Professional»!!

After the disaster that was this AT&T location, the one at the Hilands did everything in their power to make us happy, helped S find the resources we needed and ultimately got exactly what we went to this location to get. While the Hilands was not able to actually perform the service we needed, rather than trying to extort more money from us, they guided us.
This location, however remains a disaster. Clearly poorly managed and extremely substandard employees. Make the drive up Matlock and brave the Highlands. This store is a honestly in need of closure.

Incompetence everywhere. They can’t figure out the right plan for the phone, ended up setting the wrong one, had to go back and they took a very long time to make the necessary corrections. Will never come to this store again.
