Every time I come into this location without fail they sell me the wrong items to go with whatever it is I’m purchasing. So then I end up making multiple trips to try to get everything working right. Nothing more annoying than someone not knowing what they are talking about. When I came in to spend a lot of money I expect you to know what your talking about. On top of all that every time they can’t find my reward zone information. Literally walked in to buy something and walked out with nothing because they couldn’t find my rewards zone yet again. So over this location!

A lot of employees standing around, yet none seem interested to offer help to customers.

The art and practice of empowering employees is missing here as is customer service. When you enter the store you do expect some expertise. I wanted to buy a tv but there was no display of the actual set or one like it. So in order to see the set I was advised I had to buy it first… What you get are uninterested hourly employees working for a check but not practicing a career. While three guys were at the front door no one acknowledged me entering the store.

Went in the store for a specific reason and was acknowledged on the way to pick up the item and checking out was just as quick. I had 15 dollars in reward zone monies and was asked if I wanted to use it or save it. Nice touch to a ho hum visit.

Busy location and staff seemed more interested in talking among themselves then offering help or service. Overall had a large selection and clean location.

My Boyfriend is mostly the one that needs to come to Best Buy more than me.(wonder why… hmmm all the electronics a man could want under one roof LOL). But our experience has been good, great customer service from the moment you walk in the door. We have been helped by a gentleman named Ted. I’m not sure what kind of a Manager or title he might have. He is very, very sweet and helpful to any problems or concerns we have had during any purchases and returns. I love this location also because it’s down the street from our place, and it’s never as pack like the other close location by the mall. You know if you come here you are most likely getting in and out, not much of a wait for help on the sales floor or for the check out.

I am a fan of the Mansfield Best Buy because in the last 2.5 years I have found several knowledgeable guys there worth mentioning: 1. Ted, in Geek Squad. 2. Christian, Floor Manager. 3. Christian, Sales. 4. James, Sales. If you ask for at least one of these guys by name, if you feel ignored or unheard, even if it’s not their territorty, I think they will make the effort to make sure you are happy.

Worst experience ever. When talking to the manager trying to explain how disappointed with the customer service I was, and that it always seems like everyone is standing around together talking so you have to go find someone he didn’t care. In fact, after I let him know that I would not ever be back to the store. And turned around to leave he calls out” thanks for coming, see you next time”. If he is the example of leadership in the store its no wonder they have such horrible customer service.

Never have had any issues at the store. Have purchased both small and big items. Sometimes they just run out of stuff you might need(eg Apple accessories).

I couldn’t believe when I saw the reviews for this location. I have purchased several large items from Best Buy in Mansfield and always have had awesome customer service. When I purchased my last TV, after it was delivered, I decided it was too small for the space. All it took was one phone call and they had the geek squad come out and replace it with a bigger TV and they took the other one back no issues. The sales people within the store are always very friendly. I’ve never had an issue and found them to be quote knowledgeable. I couldn’t find my reward certificate so the manager looked it up for me and took it off my purchase.

I have several of times talked to the stores managers and even Corporate about the handicap issues but NO one seems to care! So I try if at all possible to not shop here again! I have been talking to them about their handicap parking issue for VAN parking it’s not legally correct but they don’t care! I have shown them that if your to park a handicap van in the regular handicap parking that they have it opens the ramp and then you can’t get out of the van cause your ramps up on the door of the car next to you! So I’m STUCK! Also, inside if your in a wheelchair like myself you can’t get down their main isles cause their displays are in the way! When I tried moving one a worker told me to leave it there and find another way around! That’s not right at all! I’m sick of giving them my money to only be treated like trash everytime I go there. I even have a hard time getting help sometimes. I just don’t get it why the handicap must get treated like that! I called the realtor to talk about the parking & they said they wouldn’t help me & told me if I didn’t like go somewhere else so I will since no one wants or cares to help! So good luck to anyone else who goes here!

Worst customer service out there. You would think they were sentenced to working there the way they handle customers. I’d rather drive an extra ten minutes to a different location.
