First off, I love bookstores so take this review with that in mind. The store is packed with books, but is also clean and nicely organized. They also have a decent selection of games, book related gifts, and random stuff like Einstein and Tesla stuffed toys. You can’t call a person a stuffed animal, right?
I called looking for a test prep book, and was greeted by a friendly employee, who offered to place the book on hold. We showed up about 15 minutes later, and were greeted by another friendly employee who promptly checked us out. My book was indeed 50% off retail, though I have seen some that aren’t. This place offers a wide variety of genres, and most of the books are in like new condition, some well… Have been used by people like me with coffee and highlighter afflictions.
Just a small tip from me, I’d call ahead if you’re looking for a particular book. Great place, plenty of parking, I’d definitely go back.

I cannot say enough good things about Half Price Books! For the longest time I didn’t realize what it was and didn’t take the time to check it out. What a mistake. BUY BOOKS FOR A FRACTION OF THE NOTMAL RETAIL PRICE?! Yes please! I just bout about $ 300 worth of books for less than $ 50.

I went into the store today to find a book. I was having trouble finding it so I asked for help. The guy I asked was really nice and took the time to look on the computer, look in the back and all around the store. Even though they didn’t have the book I wanted, I was so glad that he actually took the time to help me!
