I was sure this place would be awesome based on the great reviews, but was very disappointed that they «forgot» about my skirt. I’m leaving for a wedding and had planned to wear the skirt, which they said would be ready today at 1. Came to pick it up and was told they were «sick and forgot» about my order. Will not come back.

I love this place! I have had 2 dresses altered and both were done quickly and perfectly. The lady greets me with a smile every time and she is so sweet to my daughter. My mom has also used this place for pants hemming and she said the price is much better than anywhere else she had gone. I will definitely make Lucy’s my tailor from now on!

Went DAY OF prom to see if any possible way to get daughter’s dress hemmed. Did not think anyone would take this on the day of and she did. She charged me $ 25 extra but I think that is more than fair as it had 3 layers and ruffles and again… DAY OF prom… Thank You!!!
