Luxury Nail & Spa

There is nothing «luxury» about this place. My regular salon was very busy so I came nearby to this one. Not only are they unfriendly upon your arrival, but they are not efficient. After getting pedicures for many years, my worst nightmare happened. I got a fungus on my big toe nail and will be getting my entire nail removed next week. My podiatrist said it will take 9 months to grow back! Summer is almost here and I will be hiding my feet. Angry is an understatement! PLEASE beware when visiting this establishment. Cleanliness and sterilization are even lower priorities than their customer service.

Good at nails… Great at pedis! Love this place! Much recommended! second time here and until they disappoint me I’ll be coming back! I love to be massaged! I’ll post pics of work once done!

Went to do my nails and eye brow wax. My nails were done ugly, and I was burned with their wax. I had asked her to please at least blow so it wouldn’t be so hot and she put it on anyway like if nothing, she’s lucky she didn’t burn my skin or I would have thrown a fit!!! Worst experience ever!!!

So I’m updating my review after speaking to the owner. She has told me that the lady that provided the facial has been retrained and was unaware that she had been too rough. I have not yet tried the facial since my last experience however the owner was very apologetic and sincerely interested in ensuring the issue with training was resolved. Again, I love this place for their pedicures and my gel manicure can last over 2 weeks depending on your nail growth. This is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day or week!

I come here for pedi and mani with my grandmother and they treated her so poorly. And this lady that she had (who was new) was completely unprofessional and when she had to fix her own mistakes the whispered under her breath for actually pointing it out to be fixed. My nails were fine since I went to the ladies that had been here a long time however the massages on leg feet and arms were lacking. For the amount of money we paid I walked out embarrassed for taking my grandmother here.

The worst front desk personnel that I hv ever encountered at a salon. She is too busy on her phone, isn’t paying any attention to customers coming in nor what order to wait on individuals coming in. I will be looking for a new salon for my next pedicure.

Well, since Elegant Nail Salon Spa was not open today, I came to Luxury Nail & Spa; I’m sooo glad I did. Was seated right away — score. Just worked out, and my legs and feet felt like they were about to fall off! Selected the Traditional Thai massage — 50 mins of pampering, with 6 or 7 different magic potions and lotions and of course a hot foot soak, followed by more pampering and fresh fruit on my legs and feet, and even hot stones. OMGoodness.
Diane worked magic. My legs and feet are officially spring-​ready, although I’ve been rocking sandals for a few weeks now, with my home pedicure.
My chosen color was lovely, paint job was lovely also. I feel renewed! Thanks, Diane. Although I’m not a regular spa goer, I appreciate the luxury of pampering every now and then (few times/yr.)-usually when my parents makes their annual visit, and my mom and sis make me go.
This is a def. Try Diane and tip her well. She’ll ask questions and more importantly, listen, to ensure that you feel like in her hands, you’re in the lap of luxury. My toes are dry now — to the car I go.

Don’t think I’ll go back! Requested a pedi and fill. Received my pedi which was adequate (no complaints)…however after I was told I had to move in order to wait for an available tech. No problem, they were kind of busy but a whole hour later with no real explanation as to why I was still waiting. I finally had enough and just paid my tab and left. The front desk lady is in need of some real customer service training. I went down the street to Tropical Nails and received immediate service and my nails look great!

I’ve been looking for a new pedi place in Mansfield that is clean with well spoken staff, friendly service and reasonable pricing… Luxury nail & spa is that place! I got a peppermint twist pedicure that was well worth the $ 35. (I only paid $ 30 because I used the handy dandy $ 5 off coupon they have on their website!) The tech was very polite and she even timed the special treatment part of my pedi. It states in their menu of pedicure options that it’s 35 minutes and I received every minute promised. Like most of the nicer salons, they also offer refreshments.

I just started going to this nail salon recently and it makes me wonder why I even bothered going anywhere else before! The staff is extremely friendly and always strives to make their customers happy! Everything is always clean and I really like their massage chairs as well, they feel great. They offer you wine or water during your pedicure and you never feel rushed at all. They also have a punch card that will give you discounts! New favorite nail salon! There is also a $ 5 dollar coupon on their website!
