I ate here for lunch yesterday and ordered a Mexican deluxe dinner with extra beans instead of rice. And they messed up on the order and wound up giving me rice for one thing. The beans were too watered down and the meat was too dry. I wasn’t a satisfied customer.

The food is what you would expect from a Rosas, not bad. I have yet to have a friendly cashier. Every time I have gone there, the cashiers never welcome me or even smile. Just makes the experience and night off from cooking not enjoyable. If you don’t like your job, leave.

Fresh tortillas are good. Salsa bar is yummy… My food was like warm and not the best Mexican food I’ve had. I can’t believe the chips aren’t free either.

Rosa’s always hits the spot. This location is like all others. Very nice employees and clean too. Can be pricey but still really good food.

I just can’t like it. My hubs loves it, but it’s just subpar for me. I am a huge lover of fresh tortillas and for this they didn’t disappoint, but that’s about it. The queso was thick and bland. No taste to it whatsoever. The soft taco was fine, but again nothing great. Kids didn’t even like their enchiladas and that says a lot. There are better fast food taco joints around.

Blah! Not my first bad experience with this place or I wouldn’t be so truthful. Obviously, «Alicia» doesn’t know the menu. She says there are no onions in the fajitas, and fresh jalapeños are available«on the salsa bar.» Observe my fajita plate that is 50% onions, along with the perfectly grilled fresh jalapeño(not complaining about that, just that she didn’t know about it) They did remake it, and quickly deliver it to our table. This time the chicken was onion free, but cold??? This place is a one star fast food taco place with a big dining room. No customer service, no quality control, and nobody cares. Yuck!

Great food. Fast delivery. I use them all the time to take lunch to my client’s offices as well. They make this convenient and easy to do. I recommend Rosa’s every chance I get. There fajita dinners are especially great.

The food portions are very small(1), but they make they tortillas fresh on site(5). That brought the score to 3.

Great fresh tortillas and salsa, but that’s about all that I get here now. The food is ready so fast that I wonder how fresh it is. It always leaves me bloated and sick feeling.

This Rosa’s doesn’t use the same queso like other Rosa’s…Or maybe it’s just me. Don’t get me wrong, I ate my entire plate. Basically licked it clean. But the queso that was on my nachos was just like that industrial sized can of Ricos Nacho Cheddar Cheese Sauce that you can buy in any grocery store. I might give this location a second chance but if the queso is what it was like this visit I wont be back.

Food is so consistent and the produce is so fresh! I love the variety in the menu, the giant dining area AND option to drive thru! The salsa bar allows each person to select a heat that fits them. My favorite menu items are their fresh tortillas, sopapillas, GIANT tostadas, nachos, and their group fajitas! Their beef fajita meat is SO tender and flavorful.

Tortillas are really good! The rest of the food was okay. My expectations are never that high for a drive through but Rosa’s does a decent job. I cannot comment on the inside of the restaurant because I have only done the drive through. I think I’ll go pick up tortillas from there for my next cook out.

Came for Taco Tuesday(3 tacos for $ 3.99) Décor: 3.5÷5 –Lots of seating with your choice of booth or table –Condiments and drinks station are a bit small so you’ll have to patiently wait your turn Service: 4⁄5 –Food was ready within 5 minutes Food: 2.5÷5 –Let’s see… there are too many options to talk about so I“ll talk about the Taco Tuesday deal. –You get two choices of protein: chicken or beef. The general consensus is that chicken is better. I felt both were a bit dry and bland. –Next options are soft or crunchy taco, flour or corn tortilla. –The sides are rice and beans. –Sour cream and guac are extra. Guac comes in different sizes. 4oz is slightly under $ 4

Rosa’s provides quick service, great prices and decently prepared Mexican cuisine. People come from all ends of town to visit Rosa’s on Tuesday for the taco night, but really this place is always busy. Granted, it’s not the most flavorful well-crafted Mexican food on the block but it’s definitely a great value that tastes yummy.

Ate here for lunch today and had eaten here about a month ago as well. Both times were very good. Today I had the #8(Tacos a Carbon, Beef). I received 2 tacos filled with grilled fajita meat and guacamole, served with a couple more tortillas, beans, and rice. The beef fajita meat was absolutely perfect — not just the flavor, but it was not over-cooked … pinkish in the middle! Too many times beef fajitas are cooked and cooked and cooked until they become something akin to shoe leather. I didn’t really care for the refried beans and there was anything really«Special» about the Mexican rice. Wow those fresh made tortillas ROCK. Guacamole inside the tacos was good and freshly made. Not sure I would order this dish, if taking it to go — the guacamole might get a little dark next to the beef? Also tried the sweet tea — good flavor. All in all, they did really well. Festive atmosphere, kept clean at all times. Love the salsa bar as well. I’ve noticed the fresh jalapenos don’t seem to get eaten, bet they would if they served roasted jalapenos. Tried many of the salsas — all good, but the pico de gallo was great. $ 10 for quality beef fajitas I thought was pretty decent price.

We met some friends of ours at the fairly new Rosa’s in Mansfield for dinner. My wife and I had dined at various Rosa’s around the DFW area several times but this was our friend’s first time. We were able to «show them the ropes». Our friends and my wife ordered fajitas plates and I ordered the carnitas tacos. We also had a great round of $ 1.50 margaritas, such a deal! Everyone was very happy with their plates and especially the salsa bar. Rosa’s serves«solid» TexMex food at very reasonable prices.

Rosa’s brings back memories of my college days. My friends and I would mosey over to Rosa’s on weekends when we grew tired of eating campus food and especially when nothing on campus was open. I have a long history with Rosa’s so I was thrilled to see that they opened a location in Mansfield. When you walk in, your hop in line and they take your order right away. There’s a sign posted that says your wait will be no longer than 5 minutes to order and they uphold that promise. I ordered an enchilada plate and went back for sopapillas. The restaurant is bright, there are plenty of tables, and the salsa bar offers many options including tomatillo sauce. My food was decent but the sopapillas were soooo good. I should have gotten the order of 8. Well, not really because I’m trying to eat healthy. But whatever. Next time I’m going for it.

I went here with my family for lunch today! This place is so bright and fun when you walk in. You order your food right when you walk in and the menu looks like a fast food one. There are numbers for ordering convenience as well. After finding a table, I browse the salsa bar, and because I love my food spicy, I immediately choose the diablo salsa, but to my disappointment, it was a wimpy salsa. Sigh. Our food didn’t take very long at all. We ordered chips and the queso supreme(queso with ground beef pieces). When I bit into the first chip, I knew something wasn’t right. It was a dense chip that wasn’t crispy. It was actually a little chewy. I looked around at everyone else at the table and based on their reactions, they knew exactly what I was talking about. My mom walked to the counter to ask for different chips and the workers happily obliged, but they were only a little bit better. There wasn’t that loud crunch I love when I bite into a tortilla chip. The queso was so so. Not terrible, but not great. Moving on to my taco salad, it was in a taco shell bowl with shredded chicken, cheese, lettuce, and some refried beans at the bottom. My dad ordered the fajita bowl and for $ 2 more you get sour cream and guacamole. Comparing my bowl to his, I felt like I was missing out. As I was eating, I had the strongest yearning for a Chipotle burrito bowl. The flavors at Rosa’s aren’t very distinct and it was just ok. The redeeming aspect of Rosa’s are their sopapillas! OMG. I would go to Rosa’s and order only these. You get a basket and they also give you your own honey bear and butter! The sopapillas were light, fluffy, sprinkled with sugar, and absolutely delicious with butter and honey! I went to the ladies room and the door is right next to the kitchen door and I think that was a bad part in the layout. People walking back and forth and employees walking back and forth make traffic an inconvenience. So my first experience was alright. I wouldn’t seek out going to Rosa’s for Mexican food because Chipotle is better if you want something fast. But hey, if you are ever craving sopapillas, here is where you need to go!
