I would choose zero stars if it was available. I contacted this company after seeing good reviews online and a recommendation from a cousin. My cousin received good service and paid $ 225 for a four room clean. I was looking to have one 10×12 living room cleaned and also one queen mattress and two twin mattresses. My quote via phone was between $ 300 – 400!!! Wow extremely high but they were available to do it on short notice. I originally had them quote a love seat and sofa in addition to those mentioned above — a whopping $ 800! So that meant $ 400 for a loveseat and sofa!!! Really??? I opted to leave those items out of the cleaning process. The extremely rude technician shows up and tries to say the quote was $ 475 – oh really? The room did not grow, the mattresses didn’t not change to kings??? He agree on $ 400 – the high end of the phone quote. He would not move one thing – yes you guessed it… to move a tv tray — nope, that cost more money. Basically we moved everything and were able to make room for maybe a 8×10 cleaning area… he stood around while we scrambled to move even the tiniest of pieces of furniture. His demeanor reflected a terrible inconvenience. Oh… and you know the little plastic squares that all companies place under furniture… oh no, that was a terrible inconvenience as well… This tehncician was rude, had zero customer service abilities, and made no effort to remove a stain from the rug… we had to ask him to try again with the stain… after being terrible put out about this… he reluctantly went over the spot — and it did come out. Only after asking about this did he try. Was this a new employee, a disgruntled employee??? He never offered to put carpet protectant on the area… probably would have been another $ 200!!! Basically, I have used carpet cleaning services in many different cities and states. I have never had an experience like this. Most are accommodating, pleasant to have in your home, and willing to work until the area is spotless!
We were having these items cleaned because we had just moved my parents to an assisted living facility. We were in from out of state. We thought this company came highly recommended. I would NEVER ever recommend this company. Extremely costly… why was our quote so high??? my cousin had four rooms done for $ 225…I had one small rug, one queen mattress, and two twin mattresses — cha ching — $ 400!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Jeremy the «friendly» owner was nowhere to be found when I called to inquire about the price change once the technician arrived. This company is not twice as good as the next — but you will pay more than twice as much!!!
