This Starbucks is wonderful. The staff is friendly and the drinks are delicious. I have to say– two of the baristas in the drive through just made my day. I placed my order at the drive thru and pulled up to pay. When I reached for my purse, I realized I had left my wallet back in home. I explained that I was sorry they had prepared my beverage and snack and to keep it. They both insisted that I take it and just come back to see them for my next visit. They were kind and made my rough start so much better. Thank you so much ladies! I will be back and I will tip you both generously!

This Starbucks is great. The baristas are always so pleasant and seem to enjoy working here. I’m just glad this is my local Starbucks. Definitely needs to be checking out if in the area

This Starbucks is in business due to location only. The standard drinks don’t taste standard at this location. I drive over to the location on Matlock and get the Starbucks quality I am looking for

I have been to the Starbucks two times it is right beside my house I would honestly rather drive the 5 miles to the one at target because the one here the fraps are too icy and chunky you can’t even drink it through the Straw without your ice getting stuck. The salted caramel mocha is supposed to have salt and caramel all the way through that is why people get it hint… the name salted caramel mocha please do better at this thank you

The drinks are fine. They are often out of the sandwiches and baked goods. But the real problem are the employees. There are a few that are nice/professional, but the majority are not. Britney — is very very very loud and high pitched and obnoxious. She seemed bothered by customers if she is having fun with her friends who work there. I don’t want to seem mean, but I will probably go to the Starbucks at Kroger if she is working. There are multiple employees who gossip and bitch about customers in the drive thru, completely oblivious or indifferent to the fact that customers inside can hear them. You can tell when a manager is present, because their behavior improves. There are a few employees that seem there to work and are courteous and professional. I wish I knew their names. One is a tall thin blonde dude. The other is a smaller African American girl.

This Starbucks was on the way for my return to Houston from the Dallas area I was visiting. I stopped in and ordered my usual which is a quad venti toffee nut latte with soy and 2 equal. I have the passbook app on my phone which includes my Starbucks cards and unbeknownst to my self there was $ 40 on the card. A great beginning to the return trip home. The service was excellent and I was on my way in a few minutes. I will remember them in the future as they are 5 minutes or so from my daughter’s home.

The coffee is inconsistent and the service is average. You walk and receive a very weak greeting. I guess there’s only one person that can check out because you wait a minute before someone takes your order. This location is very clean and quiet, its really good for studying.

Both times they were good. I couldn’t eat the young girl yesterday tried to help me with something good to drink. But nothing because it all had milk. Today my husband and I ordered sandwiches for breakfast. He told them to hold the cheese. I thought that was good because, I thought it couldn’t be done.

Every single time I’ve gone here my drink has not tasted right. The people are not friendly like at other locations in Mansfield. They are slow and don’t really seem to know what they are doing. Not my favorite location at all.

My husband and I left a Starbucks in a nearby city and our coffees were horrible. We stopped by this location to see if they would remake them and they did without hesitation. Richard took care of it with a smile and made us the best cup if coffee ever!

This is a new location and it’s just a couple minutes from my house. It’s a mediocre Starbucks IMO. Very small selection of baked goods and they are often out of the few items they do carry. Went to get a blueberry muffin and they said the didn’t get their shipment… went back a few days later & still no muffins. The coffee doesn’t taste fresh to me either. The Starbuck’s inside Kroger across the street is much better… fresher coffee & bigger selection of bakery items but of course the Kroger starbuck’s doesn’t have a drive-thru, but for the cost I’d rather go to Kroger’s.

Opened recently(about April 2013). I have been here many times to find an excellent and clean Starbucks. I see people studying and conversing, perfect coffee shop feel! There is a Starbucks inside the next door Kroger, but this stand-alone locations accepts gift cards and has a nice slow paced feel.
