Very friendly and polite Did not have to wait for an appointment. They came when they said they would. They serviced my AC. I used them last year as well. I am very pleased with this company.

Prompt, professional and thorough. Temporarily fixed problem with initial home construction and gave me information on the permanent fix which should be home builder’s responsibility. Guys were very friendly and clean. Wore booties indoors. Highly recommended. If builder won’t fix properly I will call Airway to do the permanent fix.

This company is the best place to call for your A/​C … Scott was one of the guys who was very friendly and made the miracle of the A/​C up and running in about 15 minutes… Thank God he was so speedy on this VERY HOT weekend.

Scott is the go to man for all your HVAC needs! We recently purchased a home and turned our heater on and it had this awful smell. I called Scott and he was out to our house within 24 hours. It’s the day after Christmas and we find ourselves without heat. We wanted to find a local repair service with excellent reviews so off to Unilocal and Google we go.
I have to say that Scott got in touch with me right away and was able to schedule an appointment to come look at our system… on a Sunday.
Scott was very professional and polite. Our house was insane since it was right after Christmas and we have a one year old running around. He was very good natured about it.
He looked over our heating system, quickly diagnosed the issue which ended up being not a huge deal at all and then refused to charge us for his service! He also told us what to keep an eye on and to call him back ASAP if we have any further problems.
I don’t know about you, but it fills me with delight and reassurance when I encounter honest and friendly service. It is so difficult to find local services that you trust. Scott left a wonderful impression on us and we can’t recommend Airway’s services enough.
We plan to have them come back at the beginning of the summer to make sure our AC unit is in top shape.

The wall heater in the house went out 4 years ago and I called Scott. He showed up the next day to fix it but warned me that is was really old and I would be needing a new one in the future. One year later the warning came true. He showed up the next day, replaced the heater and cleaned up completely. I nice guy, prompt, courteous and professional. Why the review now? After two years ago the heater wouldn’t g turn on Scott showed up today, and replaced the thermostat even though the warranty ran out. I am so grateful and pleased with such fantastic service.

My AC decided to stop working so I did a Google search for AC companies in the area. I called one and not only did they not answer the phone but their voicemail is full so you cannot leave a message. I saw that this company had great reviews on Google so I gave them a call and they answered! Off to a great start. I explained to them that my AC was not working. They let me know when they would be available which was the following day between 10am-​12pm which is fine. They also told me that they have a program where they charge $ 50 to find out what is wrong which I am thrilled with considering I thought it would cost more than that.
Scott and Joe were amazing. Scott called me around 11:00 to let me know they would be arriving in about 20 minutes. They arrived on time and asked me what was going on. I explained that my AC ad just stopped working. I showed them where the unit was and they went right to work diagnosing the problem. They checked every little nook and cranny and tested everything. Turns out the transporter was bad and needed to be replaced. The replaced that and it only cost me $ 225 for the diagnosis and repairs. I expected it to be much more expensive so I was pleasantly surprised. They also checked the freon and luckily I did not need any. That would set me back another $ 300. I do not know anything about this kind of thing and Scott did not try and take advantage of that. Instead he was very honest and very informative about what I needed. They also talked to me and put me at ease about the whole thing. I am very pleased with the service and the price. My AC is working great now and I could not be happier. I will definitely be calling them for all my air and heating needs.

I never take time to write a review about any company, however I feel compelled to write one today since I was so pleased with this transaction and it exceeded my expectations!
I called this company after google’ing a local HVAC co. to have someone check out a heater issue with my rental property. I left a message on the company voice mail and Scott promptly returned my call. He made arrangements to come out to the property and do a diagnostic check. Within an hour, he called to me inform me of the problems and the cost to repair. He arranged to have the issue fixed the very next day (upon delivery of some part). I was okay with waiting day since I felt that was reasonable. Scott then took it upon himself to call other part vendor and luckily they had the part in their inventory. Scott drove to the vendor and picked up the part and fixed the issue right away. His timing is remarkable! I am very please with his courtesy call after completing the job as well as the extras he did (at no charge) to help maintain the heating unit. Scott is very professional, prompt and guaranteed his work. This really gave me a peace of mind knowing that I FOUND MY HVAC guy for my properties! Its hard enough to trust people (especially service people) but Scott @ Airway Heating And Air Conditioning is definitely a company I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an HVAC guy! If I could rate this company higher than a 5 star, I would!

Scott saved me-​TWICE-​in the middle of triple digit weather he showed up the first time the same day I called and had my problem fixed within an hour. Now he has returned, new problem but same excellent, professional fast service! I could not have asked for better service. I greatly appreciated his fair pricing!
