I came here the other day to get some Tupperware and pretty much what I can say about this place is that it is like a giant yard sale. They have some useful stuff here and you get it for $ 1.00 so that is a good bargain. Just be prepared for a shortage of carts, shortage of staff, and very long lines. Most of the time I come here I have something in my mind that I am looking for but I always find more stuff. I mean customer service is normal. You get your stuff and they ring you up. Doesn’t get more basic than that. the cashiers seem overwhelmed(don’t blame them) but nice enough. What can I say? It is the dollar store. This particular location does have alot of good stuff that can be useful so that is good. It also has it’s share of junk though. The have a good selection of giftbags and they are just as nice as the ones you might pay like $ 3.00 for. The have alot of hygiene and kitchen items as well. Come on by and see what you can find.

This is the largest Dollar Tree I’ve ever visited. Generally, they’re crushed into a store about 25% the size with no frozen food. My mum used to go to Dollar Tree for cleaning supplies, and if you’re careful, you can do well. The one thing that always concerns me about dollar stores is that you effectively pay more for a smaller product, even though $ 1.00 sounds really good. Do your research. It’s usually good pricing here. They have the Dermasil skin cream that I use during winter and they’ve added things like Salycylic Acid-based acne cleansers that I’ve been using forever but cost much more at Target and Walmart. Also, their chips are incredibly good for just $ 1.00. 7 ounces may not be family sized, but when you pay $ 2.50 or more for 13 ounces, you could get more variety at less cost at Dollar Tree. I prefer the taste compared to Frito Lays products anyway. At the registers, I was pleased to see that there were more than a couple tiny counters squeezed together. The employee who rang up my purchases was friendly and efficient. They also have a lot of party-related supplies, which should make them a prime destination for holiday supplies.

My mom went in today at about 12:45pm to return/exchange something, but misplaced the receipt. The lady was rude. My mom said, «Not even an exchange.» She said she was the manager, but yet had no customer service skills and was not willing to work with my mom or go out of her way. The item was still in a Dollar Tree bag and was clearly a Dollar Tree item. Rude, unfriendly and enough to ruin someone’s day. This store needs better management skills and better customer service. Absolutely no customer service here! The staff thinks its ok to gab when the line is to the back of the store and there is a huge mess everywhere. Don’t bother going to the manager and asking for help because she is the worst offender of poor service! The manager I dealt with also thinks that the customers that shop at the dollar store are trash! Yes she actually put me down for shopping there making me feel 2 inches tall until I realized I as the customer pay her pay check(and yes I let her know that) and will no longer do so because the franchise has no respect for its customers either. I filled a discrimination poor service report with corporate(along with 3other customers) and nothing was done. … ~I think that what is lacking today is real customer service. the respect that, we the consumer that pay their pay check have a right to ask for them not to be rude and disrespectful. This should not be tolerated something has to be said in order to say we as humans deserve respect regardless of color race income etc… The only way to change something is to say something the more the better. If you see any of my other postings on Unilocal you will see that I refer to costumer service as being«here or not found here» it is because in the retail business it is important to put your treatment and care of the customer first… ONYOURLISTIFJOBDUTIES! ~

Well obviously the name says it all. I usually come here for party decorations or for gift bags. It’s usually messy but their service makes up for it.

bryan g. is certainly right about this store being messy and cluttered. He is also right about the service, the employees here are all nice. I like being able to purchase my watch type batteries for cheap. A765 for a dollar. My cats also like this store because the batteries were for their laser toy. As the name implies everything is for a dollar or less, such a deal.
