I called and spoke with a woman over the phone to schedule an appointment for an estimate. After discussing my needs (looking for someone to come in every two weeks), we verbally decided on a time and then I texted her the address, reconfirming the time, to which she replied, «ok, see you then!» Well, once «then» rolled around she was a no show, no call. I had rearranged my day to make time to meet with her and she didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to me when I tried getting a hold of her 20 min past our scheduled appointment time. I’d call that disrespectful and showing poor customer service– not a very good reflection on someone you’d want to trust and let into your home.
