Don’t ever go here!!! I paid $ 700 to get the front brakes done, a new axle boot, and an oil leak. The same night I got the car back my boyfriend was driving and the gas pedal got stuck and was going over 100. Went to talk to them about it and they thought it was funny. They never get things done on time either. Go somewhere else! Their low prices will put your life in danger. Don’t let them touch your car!!! Half the employees look 16.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for vehicle maintenance! Save yourself the stress and unnecessary fees. Customer service is not their priority. They do not have much experience in the jobs they accept. In no way are they honest or concerned about customer satisfaction. I took my vehicle there for 1 issue and they stated it required other repairs which I agreed to with the understanding that they would fix the problem. Over 600 hundred dollars later they still did not fix the original issue. I can understand if the mechanic misdiagnosed the vehicle. I am usually understanding about issues like that as long as they make it right. In this case, they are not willing to even consider it. They took the money and now don’t want to even bother trying to determine the original issue they were suppose to fix. The issue they were paid in full for. Like many of you, I work hard for my money. I am sharing this horrible experience with all to hope save you the stress, inconvenience and violation of being RIPPED OFF!

Had a great experience here. I had a broken stud replaced here that everyone else wanted double for. No appt and did the job in a hour. I will come back here.

DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE! I bought 2 sets of tires on 2 different cars. I started having problems with one of the cars valve stems cracking and leaking. I had to have one repaired in Reno and a week after we got back another one started leaking. I took it back here to have it replaced along with the other 2 which were cracked as well. They wanted me to pay $ 15 per tire make it right. So I took it to America’s tire and they did it for free and rotated them. The guy at America’s Tire said it looked like when the tires were replaced that they didn’t replace the valve stems. J & J has no concept of customer service, loyalty or the importance of repeat customers. Save yourself the grief and try America’s Tire.
