J & S Flowers

Don’t use this florist. I ordered a fall arrangement and received a spring arrangement. Nothing matched the picture on website. I make several attempts to express my extreme disappointment and was told that they had to substitute flowers. No customer service, very disappointed. Look for a different florist.
You will be sorry.

I had high hopes when I contacted J&S Flowers and spoke to Nancy. However, I was highly disappointed when it was time to order my flowers and beyond disappointed the day of my wedding. When Nancy ordered my flowers, her actual price was higher than the estimated. I was able to look past that because at this point I still had high hopes. However, the morning of my wedding she called to say that my bouquet was dead and that she was going to replace my flowers with something else (a cheaper uglier flower). If that wasn’t bad enough, she was 2 hours late for the set up causing the whole event to be thrown off schedule. As I walked down the isle (with my ugly half falling apart bouquet) I noticed that some of the flowers I had ordered were not in place at my ceremony site. When I called Nancy the following day, she didn’t return my call. I called her again when I returned from my honeymoon and although she apologized, she only offered me a store credit on a portion of my bouquet (yeah because I plan on going back there) and argued that the ceremony piece was not part of my order. I realized then that it was no use going into the other details of my flowers that were wrong because she wasn’t going to take responsibility for any of it.
All in all, charged me more for my flowers than my estimate, two hours late, dead bridal bouquet, flowers missing at ceremony site, my site all in all was not set up right. If you are a bride planning a wedding, don’t add to your stress with a florist that truly doesn’t care about quality or customer service.

I have been in the shop twice and receive an arrangement for Valentines day. The have beautiful flower arrangements and great service. thank you :)
