Kyle is an all around good guy. Very professional and always willing to help. We’ve done work with him a few times and never question his ethics. Good people are hard to find and Kyle is one of them. I myself, would recommend Kyle for projects that need to be done right the first time. Good work is the name of the game. Thank you for good craftsmanship.

Kyle was a no show to our appointment for an estimate. This was a huge inconvenience as I had to drive in from out of town to meet him. I tried calling him to no avail. He texted me (didn’t call) a couple hours later to notify me that his car had broken down. Knowing that sometimes these things do happen, I decided to give him another chance. Tried setting up another appointment that worked with both of our schedules which was a challenge. He must have thought I was being demanding and told me to not contact him anymore and to find someone else. Just like that. No apology, no explanation. I was appalled at the customer service (or lack thereof). Glad I didn’t do business with him after all.

I have reached out to Kyle to get an estimate on some water damage and painting a room in my home, he was able to give me an estimate immediately so I was able to compare with other estimates I had received. Great customer service and very courteous. Go to Facebook and LIKE «KELLER CONSTRUCTION».

Kyle Keller is lacking in the customer service department. He cancelled on me once, however didn’t even call me. After he came to my home to provide me with an estimate, he agreed to a specific date, about 2 weeks out. We never heard from him in the 2 weeks, so my husband called him the night before to confirm that he will be here the next morning and he said he couldn’t come because of a job he was currently on. If you have been working on this job during the 2 weeks time we were waiting wouldn’t you know at least a few days before you are scheduled to go to your next client that you won’t be able to make it… and wouldn’t you at least call them to let them know. He didn’t call us, we called him the night before. He pushed us back 1 week later. When he came, he came about 2 hours late, and no apology. He also came and realized that he didn’t have the right tools, so he said he would come back the next day to start the job. First off, why didn’t you have the right tools? because during your initial consultation, you didn’t ask any questions, you didn’t look around, you stayed all but 2 minutes and said, this is all straight forward. Only to find out when you arrived, you are missing a tool. Second off, ok you don’t have the right tool, why can’t you still stay, phone the rental company if that’s what you need to do, and prep or still work on another part of the job. We had two separate jobs that needed to be completed. He also added $ 200 on top of the initial estimate, because of the extra tool.
I emailed him and told him we decided against working with him and wished him the best. Sadly, no apology or no response.
Kyle, the way you treat your customers before getting some money in your hands means a lot to me and a lot of customers out there. Maybe the job we were asking you to do was below you and you felt that this wasn’t worth your time, whatever it was, you definitely don’t deserve our money. Good luck!
