I want to thank you manteca care. I want to thank you for giving me false hope on getting my great grand mother respite care by telling me that there shouldn’t be an issue with getting her admitted. I want to thank you for never calling me after her case was reviewed. I want to thank you for not calling to tell me she wasn’t accepted because she’s not independent enough. I want to thank you for taking your sweet time assessing her case even though you knew it was time sensitive. I want to thank you for not returning a single one of the 20+ calls that you said you would. I want to thank you for hundreds of dollars in hotel bills that i now have to pay for since she cant be in the house while the movers are here. Thank you for the hundreds of dollars for hiring someone to take care of her because i need to be present while the movers are at my house. And last but not least, I want to thank you for such poor customer service because you made it clear that your facility is a place that I can’t trust to leave a loved one.
