I have lived in manteca my entire life and I’m disappointed that I didn’t found this place sooner! The place has a very retro type of feel. Service is not the best, they are a bit slow. However the food. Oh My. It is amazing! I had the sandwich and it was absolutely mouth watering. Fresh fluffy bread with just the right amount of stuffing. We also had French toast and they were great! Would definetely recommend this joint.

What a hidden gem. Fantastic place to eat breakfast or lunch! Their pancakes taste like a crêpe a d pancake mixed together… probably the best pancake I’ve ever had! My son’s grilled cheese looked amazing… thick pieces of bread and lots of cheese. Yum.

Some items are a little pricey, but the quality is worth the amount! Delicious food, great customer service, and nice décor. I will be coming back for sure!

Found on Unilocal on the way home from Yosemite. Started out a 5 at arrival, clean, ecclectic, great choice of diner menu items, with a crowded but quick seating. This is until they «ran out «of everything we tried to order, added to 50 minutes of waiting and watching other people who arrived after us get served before us. Owner last walked back and forth knowing we had been waiting and could care less. Fine, patience… then topped off with mediocre food. Disappointment. Won’t be stopping there ever again.

A café in a car wash? Whoa what? Another one of Manteca’s hidden breakfast gems. This spot has a nice 50’s décor. You could smell the fresh baked goods as you open the door. We were greeted as we came in, and the waitress was extra friendly. The food portions were nice, pricing was reasonable. I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs, they did not disappoint. Some places I have had the CBH and it tastes like it was fresh from a can. Not this place, it was nicely cooked and browned, eggs were a perfect over medium just like I like them. This is definitely a case of not judging a book by it’s cover… yes it is a car wash… and a bakery… and a breakfast spot. Don’t miss out on this one… definitely a good breakfast spot when you are in Manteca.

Horrible customer service, waiting for table to be available and when a table is ready they give it to people that just walk through door and not even acknowledge that people are waiting to be seated and we had been told a table is being cleaned off for us and they go and give to people that literally just walk through the door…

Ordered and English toffee late. Yum. Palmier. Yum. Cookies and cream. Yum.

The menu is quite broad and looks to have something for everyone. The food is fresh and not precooked.
I’m not a coffee drinker but I hear the coffee I’d the bomb, they roast their own beans.

Just had brunch today — first visit. This place is clean, friendly atmosphere, customer aware staff, good fresh food and good coffee. Definitely coming back.

Awesome breakfast. .bacon excellent. Country Potatoes were best I’ve had in long time with red, yellow, and green peppers. Price was great! Great service. This will be our new breakfast spot .we are new to the area.

I am one of those crazy people who washes their car almost every week and every time I go here I LOVE it. Only $ 11 for the works. I went once to another place and got the same services and paid$ 15! Needless to say I will never leave Tony’s car wash again! The other place left my car with an awful residue and still completely wet whereas when I go to this one my car looks well amazing and never wet still I might add. The workers are super friendly and the vacuums are free. It is car wash heaven for me. I love this car wash and will never go to any other one again!

Drove by this place a few times and decided to try it since we didn’t have a place in mind for lunch. Small parking lot since it’s connected to a car wash but we found a spot. Loved the atmosphere of a 50’s diner as we walked in. We came in between breakfast and lunch but all ordered breakfast food. The breakfast burrito was so good. My kids loved the chocolate chip waffle and biscuits and gravy. My husband had the Hercules with an iced coffee. The caramel latte was delicious and very reasonably priced as was everything. We will definitely be back. Great service and food!

Cute little spot with a lot of character. Breakfast looks and sounds amazing! I love their car wash and all their prices are reasonable. I will be coming back here due the amazing customer service and cannot wait to try the food.

Came here twice, once with the hubby for breakfast, SO GOOD, and last Monday, tried lunch with my two besties. Artie, the owner, makes you feel like you are a guest in her home, it was such a great lunch! We had grilled turkey sandwiches, with potato salad, a fantastic pickle, and drink! I brought half the sandwich home, it was so big, on sourdough toast. Best lunch in town!!! I will b back!!!

Great little place. If your driving 99 close to freeway. Pass by Panera and get fresh cooked breakfast that’s fresh and full of flavor.

Amazing breakfast! We ordered the waffle and a linguica breakfast. The country potatoes were delicious. The staff was friendly and very tentative. They kept my coffee fresh and full.

Wow! What a great find! A car wash? Nah! Come here for the fresh roasted coffee (they roast beans in house), and try the breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich! Huge portions! It’s all delish! We will be back!

As a business traveler I am always looking for the best espresso in town. In the Manteca area, this is it! I had a large capuccino that was a good as anything I have tasted anywhere. The prices will make you smile, and the service here is friendly and prompt.

The inside of the café is cute, appeared clean, and the employees were friendly. I noticed several people sitting down and eating lunch, the food looked appealing. I headed towards the pastry display case and noticed big, beautiful muffins! I purchased four (see picture): crumb cake, Heath Bar, chocolate chip, and blueberry. For $ 3 a pop (pricey), myself and two others were NOT impressed. All four of the muffins were extremely dry and crumbled apart, it was highly disappointing. I wouldn’t consider coming back to Tony & Mrs. K’s for sweets/​pastries. I MIGHT be inclined to try their lunch menu items, but not any time soon. :\
Positive note: Plenty of chocolate chips in the chocolate chip muffin.
