Seriously best service I’ve had in a fast food joint. The employees were very honest about the food, such as throwing out the apple slices because they were expired, or dropping the fries, so they were working on a new batch. I really appreciate that kind of honesty and don’t mind waiting! Everything looked clean, nothing was missing from our order, and the meals we got even looked like the photos! They were also comfortable and welcoming to my kids, which is a big plus!

I like the fact that Wendys has real live adults working here. The chili is really very good of four star quality. Beef here is dryer that ither burgers but in a good way. Toppings always crisp and the place is always clean. I enjoy having it close to my house and have on occasion, had informal business meetings here. Who says a business meeting has to be fancy…

Decided to try the Chibotta Bacon Burger yesterday along with a few other things. Also asked for honey mustard sauce.
Drove away: first mistake
Found out we didn’t get honey mustard, we got barbecue (why ask if not gonna get it right).
The Chibotta roll was straight out of the fridge cold.
The six piece nugget was five.
No quality control at all.

Curtis is AWESOME. Our truck had stopped so we came into the store to inquire about where we could get the car fixed. Curtis was just leaving a meeting to go home, but he gave us a jump and followed us to the auto shop but the truck stopped after a few blocks, so he actually took me to the auto part store to get a battery, brought me back to my vehicle and followed us to the mechanic to be sure that we made it safely. All that I can say is that THEY DON’T MAKE THEM LIKE THAT ANYMORE. If I ever get my own business, them I’m going to steal him away from Wendy’s. What a GREAT young man. Thank you!!!
