I would give no stars if I could. They couldn’t change my oil filter because they said the cap was rounded off which I know it wasn’t. I told them it wasn’t when I brought it in so they gave me $ 15 for the part and the fact they couldn’t take it off even though they claim it was messed up when I arrived. That’s bad enough you won’t verbally take responsibility for it but you will give me a discount. Then they told me the air filter was 19.99 ok cool I knew that needed to be changed go for it. Well apparently they didn’t have that filter in stock and instead of telling me upgraded it to a 24 $ filter and charged me. When I questioned it they said we already took an extra $ 5 off the bill. Well you took it off cause you fucked up my filter cap but refuse to admit it. I don’t give a crap about the couple of dollars you charged me for the filter. I care you didn’t tell me you were charging me and that you messed up a $ 30 part and refuse to replace it. Not to mention your guy said sometimes it happens because the cap is plastic and the tool is metal. Soooooo basically your mechanic agrees they could have rounded it off but y’all say there is no way to tell who did it. I WILL NEVER be back.
