History

Established in 1981.

David Henningson founded the law firm in 1981 as a suburban law practice focused on providing services to area businesses and individuals to help them succeed today and plan for their future. David was joined by Jim Snoxell in 1982 and together they built one of the most prestigious suburban law practices in the Upper Midwest. Today the firm includes 13 attorneys with a broad based business, real estate, litigation, estate planning, personal injury and family law practice. The firm is proud to have built an impressive client base of nonprofit organizations and businesses in a variety of industries. The firm continues to provide exceptional advice and counsel to individuals in estate planning, as well as those with issues involving family law and personal injuries. Business Owner

David is the founding shareholder of the law firm of Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Born in Brainerd, Minnesota, David received his law degree from the Hamline University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Minnesota. He founded the law firm in 1981. David and his family reside in Osseo, Minnesota.
