History

Established in 2006.

First Class Mortgage is a local family owned company that opened their doors in 2006. Over the years, co-​owners Brady Day and Casey Van Winkle have grown their company’s reputations to include thousands of happy clients. The company is now staffed with 7 seasoned employees who understand that each family has their own unique financial situation and individual/​personalized service is necessary. Originally doing loans for customers only in Minnesota and South Dakota, First Class Mortgage expanded their licensing in 2011 to also originate loans in Iowa and Wisconsin. (NMLS 322 842)

Casey R. Van Winkle, Co-​Owner — Mortgage Consultant

Education: B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics, St. Cloud State University, Summa Cum Laude

Casey is originally from Aberdeen, SD. He moved to Maple Grove in 2006 to start First Class Mortgage. Casey married his wife, Caitlin, in April of 2011. Together they enjoy working on projects at their new home along with playing with their labradoodle dog Motley. He is a fan of local music and watching the Twins and Vikings play, but his greatest passion is being with family and friends.
