Our professionally trained technicians can repair most issues that arise, including: broken screens, bad charge ports, bad buttons, speakers, batteries, land more. We also offer liquid damage repair along with data recovery services. We have been in business since 2010 and have repaired tens of thousands of devices — saving the community millions of dollars in the process. iDoctor repair work comes with a six month warranty on parts and labor. We offer a secure retail environment and have a history of excellent service. We use only the best parts available.

History

Established in 2010.

iDoctor started repairing iDevices in early 2010 — meeting at public locations to perform the repair. Early in 2011 iDoctor opened our first store in Eden Prairie Center — that is still operating today. Maple Grove iDoctor opened February 1, 2013 and is expanding on the concept originally implemented in Eden Prairie.

We have repaired thousands of units and have a record of excellence. We understand the importance of having mobile devices that work and treat each repair with urgency.

Business Owner

Garry S. Founded this business in 2010 when he realized a need for smartphone repair (he didn’t want to spend $ 600 on a new phone when he broke his). Since then, he has saved the community much money and many devices. Garry left a 10 year career in the transportation industry. He holds a business/​marketing undergraduate degree, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Leaving the second year of a doctoral program, Garry has poured his heart and soul into continuously improving iDoctor each day.
