It’s not the 18y/​o kids fault that took my order, but «per the GM, no peppers on the side!» I said I’d pay, he said they don’t have a small container, I said just toss them in my wrapper with the sandwich I’m eating in… He said, «I’m not allowed I’ll get in trouble!» Hey GM, the other 20+ sandwich shops around you are more then happy to toss a guy a few peppers!

The company I work for is headquartered in Maple Grove and all my coworkers there talk about Jimmy John’s. So this past week I decide to try it while out in Maple Grove. Went with the #2 (roast beef, lettuce, tomato, mayo on tasty fresh french bread). So. F’ing. Good. The bread and mayo made the sandwich for me. I think the roast beef was a great choice — ended up going back a couple days later and tried the tuna which was good, but the roast beef was way better.
I will definitely be back the next time I’m out in Minnesota!
Oh, and they made the sandwich in about 3 minutes flat, if that! True fast food.

Jimmy John’s reminds of some of the best days on college. Getting sandwiches delivered to you dorm or apartment — can’t beat that. I came in for takeout and got the hunter’s club on original bread. What is it about the bread that makes it so perfect? Brings back fond memories — taste exactly as I remember!
