Maple Grove Tire & Service

Went in today to get a diagnostics and an oil change on my car none of my fluids got topped off, charged me $ 120 to tighten the serpentine belt but the worst thing is this is their second time I gave them my business I thought maybe the first time it was a young guy this time I really found out they’re all dumb how do you not top off anybody’s fluids with an oil change I’m paying for it maybe it was a race thing who knows I am in Maple Grove and I am Hispanic I could almost believe it was a race thing racist bastards take your business elsewhere

I have taken my cars here for service as needed for the past 9 years and have been extremely impressed with the service, price, and honesty. Over the years they have helped me fix a variety of issues, first with an old Chevy Blazer, and more recently with a newer Subaru. The desk staff is very knowledgeable, and would often recommend that I don’t get anything fixed if a particular problem could wait 6 months without creating a bigger issue. In the many times I took my car in they almost always fixed the issue right away. There was only an issue one time where a check engine light came on again right after I got my car back, but they resolved the issue quickly by fitting me in again the next day to fix it.
I no longer live near this location so I need to find another repair shop I can trust as much as Maple Grove Goodyear, but I would highly recommend them to anyone.
