Minneapolis, MN
Furnace went down on January 9th when temps were 1 degree outside. The house was frigid and I called to see if they could look at the furnace. I explained the issue (the flame had been short cycling) and the service manager told me how to fix the problem over the phone. Needless to say, this saved me money and it saved the company time on what was probably a busy day.
This is going above and beyond and much appreciated.
