Established in 2012.

Tilford Contracting Was established in 2012, owner John Tilford started building houses at the age of 16 (2002). John Tilford went on to be a sub-​contractor installing Roofing, siding and windows in 2006. And in 2012 Tilford Contracting was formed with a mind set of building a company that not only has top notch product knowledge, but top notch service and quality to back it up!

I have been in and around construction my whole life, as a young man i could always see things in a bigger picture, i became a foremen of a framing crew at the age of 18. I quickly gained interest in starting my own business, I chose to become a sub contractor at the age of 20 and ran crews installing roofing, siding and windows. As the industry was changing i could see a lot of things that needed to be done better. Tilford Contracting is my passion and all i know, I settle for nothing short of honesty and respect which in return i have high expectations for Quality and integrity.
