History

Established in 1989.

Starting as a landscape maintenance service, we build our company with honest, professional care for our customers.

Creating a commercial booth with a local heating company in 1990, we were invited to compete in the Cleveland Home and Garden Show, main gardens. From 1995 – 2009, we designed and built a competition garden at the I-​X Center, wining multiple awards.

Your satisfaction and our reputation, are goals that we will continue to achieve, as we move into the 2^nd generation of family ownership.

Business Owner

Growing up on the Southeast side of Cleveland, I learned my work ethic from hard working Parents, that never missed work. My family values also came from home, and should be the #1 priority for everyone.

A news paper route, and caddy at a private country club, are the first jobs that I held. Contractors including, Home Builders, a Mason, and Landscapers, are where my interest was, as I grew into my teenage years. In 1988, I worked full time with a Home Builder, and would maintain landscapes after hours, until the sun set. I stared with about 10 customers, and ended up with 24, by the end of that season. In the spring of 1989 I had 40 customers, and Turf World was born, operating out of my bedroom, and a shed that I built in my parents backyard.

Today I have the same core values with my own family, including my business family. Kevin
