Finish Line 38

Went there for my post-​snow storm car wash. Very slow movement at 10:30 am. Still left there 35 minutes later (not too bad for a Saturday morning however). Since I only wanted the most basic car wash, I was happy with $ 7.50 for the wash. Well, actually, it’s $ 7.49 (as per receipt, after taxes) but they charge the extra penny so they can save copper! My only reason for not giving them a perfect score? Drying towels with too much lint. My windshield is spotty from all the lint. Also, they don’t wipe the door stills, which I had to do when I got home. How hard is it to open each door and wipe down the frame? Still worth it for basic washing and the next level is not too much more expensive, if you want waxing, undercarriage wash, etc.

Have bought both of my cars here several times and have always had great service. Everyone is friendly and explain everything that is done or needs attention. I find them convenient but get there early or on an off hour. Highly recommended.

Got my car washed here the other day and can’t believe how much dirt was on my car. It looks like a brand new car now. This place really did an amazing job of making my 2008 scion look like it came right off the lot again. Definitely going to come back.

I literally came here at 3:47 PM and its 4:20. The 3 of us who have been in line together are all still here. No movement. No explanation. Just slow moving workers that left my door open with the AC running. They just started vacuuming my car which has been standing out there, wet spots drying and all, for the past 20 minutes. I don’t understand.
Especially for a car wash with the name «Finish Line» — it might be just me, but doesn’t that sound like a fast service type of place?
Now I finally got in my car and it’s still dirty. Just no. Don’t do it, nice people of the world. Your car is more precious than this. I really tried to like this place. I’ve been here on and off for the past year and every time I’ve left with a dirty car. Like can someone please explain why there is still bird poo residue on my windshield? And dust in my car, hair on the floor & wet wipe marks on my dash when I paid $ 7 extra for a full service wash?

Very clean establishment, great staff and even better service. We have used several car washes in the area but this one is by far the best! I recommend giving them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Love this place ever since the new owners came on board. Finally a car detailing place that does just that — pays attention to detail. Always doing the right thing to take care of their customers.

I like coming here. And have been doing so, for a few years. This ain’t your average pit stop car wash. This place is bright, clean, and very comfortable. I’ve noticed a few operational changes over the years that are geared towards a better customer experience. That aside, they consistently do a fantastic job, not just washing your car, but caring for your car. While your car is being well tended to, you can pour yourself a cup of coffee and relax in the lounge area, complete with a clean and spacious restroom. Need an oil change, they can do that too.
I recently parked at a garage that thought it was ok to paint without cordoning off the area, posting signs, or covering the parked cars. You see where this is going? I retrieved my car late and went home. They next day I notice the front of my black SUV is speckled with with paint. My dealings with that establishment will the subject of a separate review. By the time I could get my car to Finish Line, I was afraid the paint was sun baked in to my cars paint job. I’m thinking I’m going to have to file an insurance claim and get a paint job. Not the professionals at Finish Line 38. They assured me that their compounding and wax process will have my car looking like new. Understand, this process is about three hours. WTF am I going to do for three hours? Ah, Perkins restaurant is across the street and so is the Moorestown Mall. Yeah this is a no brainer. I ate, shopped, and returned to a car that looked like it did when I purchased it. Outstanding!

I’ve have taken my car to many different places to get my car washed, but by far the best one is Finish Line 38. The people there are so courteous and they actually want to do a good job. I have never had to ask them to re-​do anything since they always wash the car right the first time around. Many of my friends now use them as well. Give them a try!
PS Their waiting area is also very clean and usually has some interesting things to look at or read while you are waiting.

We recently had our car serviced and the staff was friendly and efficient. I was taken care of by someone right away. Quick, nice and fair. What more can you ask for! Great people and great service.

Fantastic service… amazing work! I’d definitely recommend this place. My car was spotless inside and out. Sometimes you can feel rushed at these places, but not at this place. The guys working on my car took their time and were very detail oriented.

I have always had a great experience getting my car washed and oil changed here. But yesterday, I was even more impressed when one of their employees pulled up to help me change a flat tire after waiting on the side of the road for 20 minutes.
Those are the type of employees every business should be hiring and I’ll support them even more now than ever.

DONT GO HERE. Go to literally any other car wash. They take fine care of your car but both times I went something went missing from my car. Most recently a necklace of mine broke earlier in the day and I put it in my cup holder and it was gone after they finished with it. I called immediately after I left and no one got back to me. I’ve called three times since then and went in two days later. No one was even there when I went in. I waited for 20 minutes and no one showed up. It was just me and some other customers. The only assumption I can have is that someone working on my car stole my things out of it.

Bought a Groupon. First time we came they wouldn’t honor because it was an hour before closing.
Second time we called ahead of time and she said to come on in. When we arrived, the man checking us in said they were too busy even though it was a rainy day. He went to front office to check. When he came back he complained about Groupon and that we got a good deal and that they don’t make hardly any money on the Groupon coupons. We said that we were not going to leave because it was our second visit and we called ahead if time and it’s a 45 minute drive for us. He said we would have to wait a couple of hours. We went through car wash which took 5 minutes. Then the guy said it would only take 20 minutes for them to do the hand wax.
Will not go back to this location since we were made to feel like we were a major inconvenience.

Very expensive. 7 dollars more to get the inside of your car done and no vacuums so you can do it yourself.

I went to get a oil change and thats was ok (1star) but when i got my car washed my very expensive bottle of cologne was stolen (the wash horrible btw) and when i spoke to the manager about it the next day instead of trying to help he wanted to reassure me that his guys will never do something like that because he hired them and they are angels. Please with all the bullsh! t people are people and you dont know what they are thinking or planning when your not on top of them and even if are, you still wont know because your their manager and not their friend. So thats why finish line 38 gets a one star review and they lost a customer for life for one bottle of cologne they are going to lose thousands of dollars in business because im going to reassure all my friends and coworker to never go there.

4÷6÷14:
I have come here a few times over the past months after receiving an excellent car wash in January.
Flash forward to 4÷6÷14. I come in and ask about the packages; this time I choose 1^st Place (usually get 2^nd Place). This wash costs $ 25 and includes a slew of cleaning items. Given that my 2^nd Place in January yielded a pristine car, I expected more of the same.
One nice thing now is the ability (permission?) to drive your car onto the tire track. Unfortunately, before I even drove up, one of the employees rudely stated «Make sure you drive straight and go into neutral.» I understand this can be difficult for some, but the attitude was not warranted.
Once I get the car washed, I stop at the vacuum/​tire station. The wash was pretty busy, so I’m patient. However, once I get to my car, I see that multiple items were not accomplished:
1. Entire left side of the vehicle and trunk area were still completely wet,
2. Side mirrors were wet with water spots,
3. Front windshield still had dirt at the bottom as if I never went through the wash,
4. Door sills were not dried,
5. Tires had not been dressed (part of package),
6. The interior completely dusty.
A BMW 5 series completed before me also had water on the entire trunk area of the vehicle upon leaving.
Finally, one employee asked which package I had; I stated 1^st and another individual comes by to dress the tires. But, nothing else was done for the rest. Instead of waiting, I left and pulled into a parking lot to dry everything myself.
This car wash had me impressed before, but the service has dramatically dropped for some reason. There is no continuity between employees (i.e., they do not know which package is for which car as they come out of the wash) and the people I interacted with had annoyed or unpleasant attitudes.
$ 25 for a car wash? I can go to other washes in the area, get a dry car and clean interior — all for less than half. Why come here?

Being a car guy, Throughout my life i have been to just about every car wash in this area. This is one of the best. Period. The place has new equipment,. nice people working there, and they do a wonderful job. Is there a 6 star rating? This place deserves it

Unfortunately for them, I used to work at a full service car wash when I was a teenager. So I still remember all the little details that are easily overlooked. And they overlook them EVERY time. They do such a halfass job! Their attention to detail is nonexistent.
I still go there because as crappy as it is, it’s still the best one I’ve found since I moved up here from Texas.
I got one of their punch cards to get the 11^th wash free. Well, the other day I went to cash it in and get my free car wash. I was almost positive that they were gonna say that only the cheapest wash is free. I always get the. $ 20 «Finest» wash, so I was expecting to have to pay the difference. But to my astonishment, they didn’t say anything but thank you.
I’ve never gotten anything stolen, but I try and either keep any and all valuables on my person, or stash them in the trunk.
So I would say that if you’re very picky about how you think it should look then you might wanna stay away. But if you, like me, don’t mind pulling over in the Lowe’s parking lot next to it and doing the detail work yourself, it’s fine.
