I can’t say enough good things about this company and the owner, Mark. They are top notch and we would highly recommend them based on our experience using their services last week.
Mark came out to help my husband unload a 20-​foot U-​Haul truck after a 3-​day, 1300-​mile relocation. My husband was sore and exhausted from our ordeal. Mark saw that so he ended up doing almost all of the work by himself, insisting that my husband take it easy. He hustled and worked like an ox, barely stopping to take a drink of water. He was honest, professional, polite and good-​natured. He seemed so genuinely happy to be doing his thing that it lightened our mood and made the day a lot less hectic. We couldn’t have been more pleased!
After Mark left my husband said, and I quote, «I am no longer worried about moving in the future as long as we have Mark.» What a relief to know he is out there. We know exactly who to call the next time we move.
Good service is hard to come by these days. Mark and Move IQ offer EXCELLENT service. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Mark and the guys are spectacular! They came out and gave us a quote a month ago which was very reasonable and much less expensive than some of the other companies I contacted. They were so easy to work with. I had a couple questions before the move and they got back to me quickly. They told us what to expect and they delivered exactly that. Today was the big move and they showed up at 8am on the dot as planned and worked nonstop to get us out of the old house and into the new one. Even when our small kids were home (and in the way) and a realtor showed up to view the house (and was in their way), they didn’t bat an eye and kept on working. They were all very polite and friendly and treated our stuff with care. I really appreciated that they made a stressful day a little easier. (Btw, their estimate was spot on!) My only regret is that I didn’t ask them to pack too! If we ever move again, I would definitely have them pack and move just to make things even easier! And of course, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing movers. Thanks so much!

These guys were great. I booked last minute and they were accommodating. Nate and Edwin were AMAZING. I have some especially large and heavy items (an oversized armoire, an antique footlocker) and these guys just powered through, even with my narrow south philly doors and stairs.
The only issue that I had was that the move ended up taking much longer than I was quoted for, and subsequently cost significantly more, but I guess that is common and is to be expected with moving.
Otherwise these guys were great. Nothing was broken, lost, etc, the guys were friendly and busted their asses, and I would absolutely recommend them. Just add a couple hundred bucks to your quote (which fortunately I had the foresight to do when taking out cash) and you won’t be shocked when you get the bill.

Outstanding. We were originally quoted 7 hours but the three guys took about 5. So we were done ahead of schedule and under the quoted price. Was thrilled. Very professional, moved quick. A couple of small items got «lost» in the move. Meaning a bed rail bracket and a dresser mirror bracket. We couldn’t find them. A couple of hours later the guys knocked on the door and found them mixed in with the moving pads. I was so happy. I think most movers would have just tossed them aside and said «oh well». Not these guys. They drove all the way back to deliver. That’s professionalism and people that care. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend.

everything went great and the guys did an awesome job. Move was quicker then I expected and the team worked really well together. They were helpful with suggestions on making it a smooth move. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Had a wonderful experience with Move IQ! We were combining households and moving into a house in a nearby town. Mark came out to do an appraisal the day after we contacted him and gave us an extremely fair quote. We had other big name movers come out to appraise but their prices were double what Move IQ was asking. Not only that, but the others had a used car salesman feel to them while Mark was very down to earth and straightforward.
We chose Move IQ and are so glad we did! They answered all questions we had prior to the move and arrived promptly on moving day. The crew worked efficiently and carefully, and packed that truck like Tetris masters! We never thought it would all fit in one truck but it did, along with the help of a crew members truck for a few extras. They completed the job in 2 hours less than the quote and we actually paid less than the quote. Bravo Mark and team, you will get a call for our next move!

Not bad. I used them to move a 1 bedroom apartment in the summer. 2 people and 1 truck. The price was fair but the whole experience seemed to take longer than I had hoped. We filled the truck to its entirety unfortunately and I had to make 4 trips via car the next to finish. One table scratched but it happens. Have them come to home to do an estimate. My original estimate was via telephone and I had apparently more stuff than a regular 1 bedroom. One of the movers tried to charge me double at the end, but the other worker corrected him. These guys did work hard and it was July and hot out. Straighten the money situation out in beginning or have a copy of estimate to avoid being scammed. I would consider using them again but only if there was an extra person. I worked hard moving boxes in and out of the truck to try and move things along.

We had a WONDERFUL experience with MoveIQ. We were moving a relative from New Jersey to New Hampshire and needed to find a mover fairly quickly. We were going to fit the entire moving process into two weekends. I called Mark at MoveIQ, left a message and he called me back within the hour. He was pleasant and professional. He answered all of my questions and agreed to come and look at the house that weekend. He made himself available whenever was best for us, including nights. Again, we were working with a pretty tight schedule and he was extremely accommodating.
During this same time, I used Home Advisor who suggested Express Line Moving Inc. I called and arranged a meeting with a mover to come and look at the house. My mother and I waited and waited that day and the mover failed to show up. When I called the headquarters they had an excuse that was clearly a lie. I am so happy that I did not need to work with such a terrible national company like express line and instead found MoveIQ.
Mark from MoveIQ arrived 5 minutes early for the meeting to look at the house. He was very pleasant and professional. We walked around the house and he explained his business model to us. He answered all of our questions, including how he handles damage to any furniture: he said he lets you pick a place to have it repaired or replaced and pays for the cost without going through the tedious and time-​intensive insurance process. He also explained that the quote would include everything, and there would be no hidden fees later. How wonderful!
Only a couple hours after the meeting, he emailed me the quote. It was EXTREMELELY reasonable and we agreed to use him as our mover. During the next two weeks we exchanged emails regarding the details of the move. He was always very quick to respond and clear about any information he needed from us.
On the day of the move, Mark and three men arrived at the house promptly at 6:15am. They were all kind and very PROFESSIONAL. They said please and thank you, never cursed, and were very RESPECTFUL. They packed the entire house in a matter of hours. Loading things into the van was a bit complicated because we had two destinations in New Hampshire: a storage facility and home. As much as we had tried to plan ahead and label everything, my mother and I had made some errors and changed things last minute… the men never showed the slighted but of annoyance. Moving can be stressful, especially early on a cold morning, but Mark was calm, cool, and collected. They fit everything in the van perfectly and there was no damage to the house. It was GREAT!
Seven hours later, the moving van arrived in New Hampshire. Once again, the men were respectful and cheery. They moved quickly but were careful with all of the boxes. In the end, no furniture was damaged, no box was lost, and we had a wonderful moving experience. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using MoveIQ! I have had terrible moving experiences in the past, but things could not have gone better with MoveIQ. The initial quote was exactly what we paid in the end. The service was IMPECCABLE. I don’t have one negative thing to say about it!

We had a great experience with Move IQ. The guys were able to pack a ton of stuff in a truck that (I knew) would be too small but my husband thought it would be fine…
We had some overflow and they helped us move that from our private vehicles too. There was some minor damage on one piece of furniture but all in all it was a great experience and we’d jump to use then again!

Couldn’t be happier with Mark and his crew. Mark is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. When he was over for the estimate I mentioned we were throwing the couches out, he offered to come over the night before trash day to help me move them free of charge since he was local.
During our actual move it was raining the whole day. The crew was positive and navigated obstacles well. Great experience with this company.

We hired Move IQ to help us move furniture from our primary home to our vacation home in preparation for retiring there. As we were listing the house in the next few days, we were moving some furniture to the vacation home and rearranging other furniture in the primary home to get it ‘show ready’. It was a bit complicated and the fact that it was pouring rain the morning of the move made us worry that it might not go well.
We needn’t have worried. The crew from Move IQ were wonderful. They took extraordinary care with our possessions. When we told them we had just had the house painted in advance of listing it, they were very careful to not ding or scuff any walls. We threw them a curve-​ball with our commercial grade treadmill which had to be carried from the second floor down a narrow staircase and through a narrow hallway and around a tight corner into the vacation home. They managed to do this without mishap much to our relief.
Their prices were very competitive and the service was impeccable. We were very impressed and would hire Move IQ again in a heartbeat. We can recommend them without reservation.

If I could give Mark Kibbe and his crew 6 stars (or more!) I would! My husband and I hired them to help with a local move from Voorhees to Mount Laurel, and we could not have been more satisfied with our choice. It was our first time using movers, and Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the best way for us to move everything. They rented the truck and furniture pads, and also provided a bag for our mattress.
He and his 2 man crew arrived about fifteen minutes early to our old apartment and immediately got to work. They were courteous, respectful, and easy to work with. All of our furniture was treated with such care, and they were able to move everything into our new place just before 12:30! My husband, a friend, and I were moving some boxes and bags in our cars, and any time Mark or Domingo saw us carrying something, they asked if we were okay or if we needed help. We’ve never had a better moving experience, and I cannot recommend this company enough!
