Specialties
We are very particular with our ingredients, from our Cucumber to our Otoro Blue Fin Tuna to a single grain of rice. We try to hand select as many items as we can to ensure freshness and quality. We have wide variety in Japanese specialties however with consistent eye to detail and freshness, our sushi has won multitude of awards and accolades. Now recently we also won South Jersey «Best of the Best» Hibachi. We welcome all to try our sushi and hibachi and taste it for yourselves.
History
Established in 2002.
For more than 15 years experience Yokohama owner Cindy Chan-Sze has proudly served quality Asian cuisine in Burlington County and has grown intimate with the food and people of South Jersey. Her son Kenneth Sze, now part owner, has come to bringinspiration and creative Japanese cuisines to Yokohama. Kenneth, having supported of all his mom’s restaurants, has been vital part of Cindy’s lifelong achievements and has come back to his long life devotion to food that brings flare to the tables of Yokohama.
