Auténtica Calle Taco! These tacos are as good as if you were on a street in Mexico without the fear of getting sick after you eat there! No real seating so plan to eat in the car or take them home.(unless it’s summer then the picnic tables are nice)

Good food, warm and flavorful. I’ve gotten burritos and tortas. I go there often. Minor complaints — weird parking lot, and once in a while the rice in the burrito is a little crusty, but on the whole, I’d say Maple Valley needs more awesome food trucks like these!

What a find and so much fun… very authentic and great prices. For those times you want to eat at home and not cook. Good idea to call your order in

My husband, mother-in-law, and I needed a quick, no-fuss dinner a couple of weeks ago, and my husband suggested this little taco truck. We’d visited once before and the food was good — we actually ate onsite at one of the little picnic tables that time. This time, we took it to go. It took about ten to fifteen minutes for the two ladies in the truck to prepare and package the food; not bad at all considering we ordered six tamales, two burritos, three tacos plus rice and beans. Food was still hot when we got it home. I didn’t have a burrito, but they were gigantic and looked to be stuffed full of good quality meat, beans, rice, and salsa. The pork tamales were moist and delicious as always. Chicken tacos were good. The leftovers heated up very well for lunch the next day too(and — bonus — my co-workers were jealous). The prices are good too, I believe we paid around $ 30.00 for all that food, and we had plenty the next day for lunch too. Another reviewer suggested calling in your order during the summer and I’d have to agree with this. My first visit(when we ate onsite) was during the summer/fall months, and it was much busier with a longer wait for our food. That visit was my first ever to a food truck, and I’m so glad I took the chance on this one. I recommend stopping by for some seriously good Mexican food!

Epic taco truck style Mexican in MV! A must try if you love authentic tacos, tamales, molitas, sopas, oh and they have fat burritos too! Do yourself a favor and call ahead because the lunchtime lines can be long, but worth the wait! I’m a Weekly regular there.

This place is just a simple, honest taco truck with everything fresh and delicious. I personally think their carne asada tacos are the best with chicken a close second(agree with others the pork can get a bit dry). The burritos are great and and so are the quesadillas. Again just simple good food for a fair price. During the summer call your order in as the lines can get long.

This is a Taco Truck hitting way out of it’s league. As far as quality and authenticity go it puts many sit down Mexican restaurants to shame. The staff is friendly and the ingredients taste fresh. My favorite item in particular are the Sopes they come with your choice of meat on a little thick corn tortilla. I myself love the Chicken, if you have never had them I would recommend trying them here. What a delicious dinner for a reasonable price.

Hit up this place after a party and my friend told me best Taco Truck in Seattle-Area. I heavily agree. Carne Asada = Da Bomb. Sopas = Da Bomb!!! Prices = CHEAP even for food truck $ 1.25/taco? Service fast. Sadly no Horchata, but it’s parked at a gas station, so you can pick up cheap Sodas in there. There are some covered areas to eat. I wish this was closer to me, or it would be a weekly dinner hands down.

Tacos, tamales and more tacos!!! Can we get a throw our hands in the air for a taco truck in Maple Valley?!? Make sense? No! Why? Cuz all that matters is there is a taco truck in Maple Valley! I’m from«Hillsburrito», Oregon. Or shall we say little Mexico. It’s really Hillsboro, but anyways. Big daddy,(husband) is Latino. We enrich ourselves in taco land as often as we can. One should know tacos should only be garnished with only, and I mean only, diced white onion, cilantro, and lime. All fresh. Oh and with salsa of course! But hey, it’s your taco, do what with you like! And Shhhhh… sometimes I get a hankerin for a TB taco… don’t tell my Latin man that… you know the type of taco… ground beef, cheese, taco seasoning, lettuce, all in a… gasp! crispy taco shell!!! It’s so wrong but oh so American good sometimes. Anyways, these tacos are downright right. They also have their mild and hot salsas to gather to go with them. The tamales are just like his mamas used to make. Made me shed a tear for sec. :(but in a good way. :) This taco truck is situated off of a gas station and mini mart parking lot. But as you walk to it, a few yards away from the ruckus, it’s like camping. A clearing in a forest-y area, Picnic tables, and people hanging out waiting for their delish food. It kind of reminds me of waiting around with people at the Sprint store… Where you all want the same thing, so you are all in this kind of team vibe and you start small chat and you genuinely all kind of become friends and enjoy ones company. It’s like that here waiting for tacos. Oh and the sweet ladies running this truck are funny and quick to serve. I just love it here! Now all I need is a margarita and I’m set for life. Good Mexican food, good convo. All good! :)

Heard good things and I was not disappointed. Good food for a good price. Perfect for a sunny lunch outdoors. Word to the wise, the burritos are plenty big so keep in mind when ordering. Also, the pork tamales are the best I’ve had anywhere in this state.

Omg! I’m so shocked to find out maple valley has a taco truck now I don’t have to drive to tri city to go get tacos anymore. I went during dinner time and they were busy. I waited about 25 min or 30 min for my food but I didn’t care, I understood they were busy. But the food is sooooo good and it’s so cheap. I got 5 chicken tacos, 5 pull pork tacos and 2 tamales for only $ 16. The chicken taco and the tamales was on point and the pull pork was a little on the dry side but I still enjoyed the food. I’m going to be hitting this place a lot during the summer. I hope they don’t change location too because it’s right by my house.

This place really does it right, authentic Mexican food at a great price. You might want to call ahead to avoid the line. The street tacos might just be the best I’ve ever had. Without question the best Mexican food in Maple Valley!

Dropped by this afternoon for some Mexican food. The line was no less than 10 people the whole time we were there. Ordered my tacos. 10 tacos and a burrito. We waited over 30 mins for the food to be ready. The lady was very friendly and entertaining while we waited tho. We received our food super hot. Came home and started stuffing our faces. We ordered tongue, cheek, chicken, shredded beef and steak tacos. Unfortunately we were shorted our steak tacos. The guys said tacos were good. Not spectacular but a yummy bite to eat. I ordered the chicken burrito. It was giant. It was beans, rice and chicken. It needed something more like sour cream, Guac or burrito sauce. It was dry and boring. I wouldn’t order the burrito again. Overall the food was mediocre to good. There are other taco spots that are way better then this one.

This food truck is awesome! Find your way here! I was on my way out to Ravensdale for my daughters soccer game when I saw this food truck parked off the side of the road near a gas station/convenience store. There were people lined up so it must be good, right? We stopped and we are very glad we did. They have a decent selection of foods to choose from — for pretty reasonable prices. My steak burrito was 5.50 and it was huge and delicious. Very good flavor and it probably was enough for two people but… well…I was hungry. There was a wait to order and about a 10 minute wait to get food so all told we were there for about 20 minutes. It is definitely not grab and go but it is cooked fresh to order so what can one expect? The lady taking my order was very friendly. There were picnic tables to sit at as well. If we had this truck in our neighborhood we would be eating here a lot.

Lookout Maple Valley! These guys are legit. From the second you step in line hearing the friendly local banter from the locals and the woman you place your order with, this place is GREAT! Parking is cramped at the location because it’s a small mini-mart/gas station. Why not park ½ block away at the huge parking lot where the secondhand store is and enjoy a walk! I ordered two tacos al lengua and a chicken tamale and the total was $ 4.25. It was about a 12 minute wait for my food and I was after a family who ordered two burritos, 7 tacos, and a handful of tamales. For a food truck, this wait time is NOTHING! Enjoy the friendly local environment and take it easy. Then enjoy the delicious food! Looking forward to this truck being here for a while. Que bueno!

I saw this place from driving down the road and just happened to be craving Mexican. The tacos/carnitas are definitely worth the $ 1.25! Hands down I’d go to this friendly-service food truck before any Mexican restaurant. I tried the shredded beef, chicken, and pork and all of them were outstanding! The tacos have a little kick, so if you don’t like spicy foods I’d reconsider. They provide a couple containers of salsa if you get it to go as well. They said their hours are 10 – 8, so it gives you an opportunity for some lunch, snack and dinner.
