Westover Auto Rebuild

We took out car here and picked up a Hertz rental car they had available. The two men at the desk went over the rental information and seemed a little too «chill» about the filling up the tank. We have rented MANY cars and know that they charge ridiculous amounts for not filling up the tank. Westover reported we were ¹⁄₈ of a tank short and we got charged $ 16.32 for it. They had nothing to say but, «That’s your fault». They didn’t care about their customer service or that they would lose at least one customer because of this incident. I don’t care about the money, it’s the principle.

I wish I could add more stars, Westover Auto Rebuild can’t be raved about enough.
They’ll welcome anything from the ground-​up restoration of a classic car, to a nasty fender bender on your late model vehicle, or for taking care of minor bumps and bruises on your paint and sheet metal. They are a preferred shop by major insurers, and they have rental cars available on the premises.
Most importantly, their work is expert, prompt, fairly priced, and their customer service is always first rate. At Westover, you are listened to, and you are cared about.

This place is great. They ordered the part I needed and let me stop by on my way home from work. Was done in 20 minutes at $ 100 less then the dealer.
